House vacation rentals in Union City

Very homey and welcoming. Family enjoyed celebrating time together in all spaces of the house, especially the back patio where our young child made believe on the well-designed pirate ship. Friendly, kind host. We walked to adorable Rockridge and BART many times. Highly recommended.

Immaculately maintained, spacious property. Very relaxing. Close to all the necessary shops. Well equipped for families.

Fabulous trip! We were greeted warmly by Jana and settled easily into the spaces of this large character home on a quiet cul de sac. It worked perfectly for our group of four. We loved the peaceful feeling of being on the water and the nearby pathways along the bay; it's lovely to sit outside to read and sip something. We didn't use the kitchen much, but it is very well-equipped. We got in some great hikes and meals at Mt. Tam, San Rafael, San Anselmo, Fairfax and Pt. Reyes as well as a SFMOMA day in the city. A wonderful location! Don't hesitate.

The Treehouse was a perfect getaway for a family of 8 adults and one child. Surroundings were beautiful. Nature was plentiful. The place had great amenities, kitchen well stocked, and the pool and hot tub one of a kind of !! We all had a great stay !!!

The house was awesome, having everything we needed, plus some nice extra touches like pool toys and snacks for a movie night. The only downside was that they had instructions to not turn the ac down past 72 and it was a very hot weekend, the house held onto a lot of heat and the bedrooms were very warm. The pool and spa were great, and we loved hanging out in the outdoor space.

Jiayi’s home is absolutely charming with all the amenities and super peaceful and relaxing. We enjoyed our stay very much and look forward to visiting again! Highly recommend Jiayi as a host!

We booked this place for my graduation weekend with family and had a wonderful stay. The space was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The host communicated well and made everything easy. It was the perfect spot to celebrate such a special milestone together. Would definitely recommend!

Omg, Anton’s place was just perfect! We could never get enough of his beautiful home and the incredible view! Wow! Everyday, I would just sit outside and stare at it! It was wonderful being so close to nature! During our stay, we saw deer, turkey, cows right in our backyard! Amazing! It is so close to nature and yet, the location is so central and is very close to everything! It’s like a little paradise in the heart of the city! And the house was so complete, we couldn’t have asked for anything more! There was even a newly installed jacuzzi that Anton would let us use! Anton is a very generous and caring host! And he was always just a call away! My husband told me we should always stay at Anton’s when we are in San Jose😊 we love the place!

We were stuck when our rental property on another booking site was not habitable and we found Will's place and it was available. It was exceptionally clean and quiet and had a lovely, private backyard sitting area which was beautifully landscaped. Great master bedroom with views, huge bathroom and massive walk-in closet - all squeaky clean with plenty of towels. Will's house is very private despite being in a cul-de-sac and is not overlooked by any house. It was a very bright and sunlit house and we really enjoyed our time there.

It was ideal location as we wanted to do some shopping it was near the mall and some restaurants .it’s near the the airport as we were travelling from abroad. Great location x

Beautiful, Clean, updated, and it has all the amenities you need for your stay. We travel for work and we have stayed in numerous homes. I take the time to give feedback on our experience and if there is anything that we feel that needs to be improved. All I have to say about this home is every detail, effort, and Work that was put in this home to make every guess feel at home, they went above and beyond.

The Emerald Stay is memorable. Stunning views, privacy from the main house, with a fun theme was a bonus. If you’re looking for a safe neighborhood, worry free parking, and a cozy spot to nestle into this location is perfect!

Great stay overall and this home really felt like home away from home. Very calm and peaceful street, though there is a railroad right behind the house and you might hear a train drive by on occasion, though quick and not bad at all. Would for sure recommend this space and the host was always great at responding! Thank you!!

Kitchen was very large and worked great for us since we were giving a shower at my daughter‘s house and could do prep here. Space was large for a two bedroom. Owner was very responsive and helpful. Would stay again.

Really peaceful Airbnb with lots of outside flowers and a beautiful pond with koi fish inside. I went with my mom and she really appreciated the well kept garden with all the flowers. There are instructions to throw out the garbage each night to prevent ants. This is good advice since II found a small amount of ants in the bathroom during the evening.

We really enjoyed our stay at Leslie's. Everything was perfect: a booklet for the stay with in particular the explanation of the machines and the check out, an air fryer, coffee, hot chocolate, toiletries in the bathroom. All the comforts were there: plenty of storage in all the rooms, a superb kitchen. In addition, Leslie is a thoughtful host, the dishwasher broke down, she struggled to have it repaired and changed. If we ever come back to the San Francisco area, I won't hesitate for a second and will come back to Leslie's.

Jorge was such a great host. He was responsive & flexible to our needs. The place is very clean and cozy. Bonus points for the EVA charging & cute little backyard.
