Vacation rentals with a pool in Unicoi County

Our hosts were communicative and helpful. They even coordinated with us when one of the guests accidentally left behind some belongings. The space itself was easy to get to with plenty of parking space. There were hiking trails nearby, one even in walking distance. The cabin itself has a rustic charm and some retro vibes, without feeling run down or dingy. The space was VERY clean, above the standard of many Airbnb’s I’ve stayed in in the past. The hot tub was a game changer for our trip. The kitchen was well-equipped (we did a lot of cooking). There were plenty of places to sleep which made arrangements effortless. Overall we loved the space. I would stay here again :)

We booked Mollie's place so we could catch a snowfall. We LOVED the views and layout of this house. We received 8" of snow our weekend and it was the most magical time watching the snow from the 2 story living room with the big windows. I had to work remotely and the wifi was great..... the best part was watching the deer all day from the windows. The house was clean and stocked with plenty of towels and extra sheets/blankets. We had 6 adults and we all fit nicely in the living room (large sofa and a couple of rocking chairs). The kitchen was stocked with everything you would need for cooking. The downstairs is also really large and would be great for kids and/or over flow sleeping arrangements. The hot tub is located outside the basement garage with easy access to the house. The main roads and the gated community had snow plowing so we could easily get in and out. Mollie is offer the driveway to be plowed so we could come and go from the house easily as well. We'd visit again!

Daniel was a great host all the way around. He answered the phone all 3 times we called with questions and had the answer immediately. His house is so beautiful and is decorated and laid out perfectly from the hot tub and sauna to the fire table on the covered deck to the beautiful fire place and large t v in the great room. Just a perfect long ski weekend at Hatley Pointe and a great stay at tree top lodge. Thanks so much Daniel for a great stay. Just perfect.

Family of 7 had plenty of space and plenty to do during our stay. Very close to Hately Point skiing and snow tubing.

A truly exceptional Air BnB, the best we have ever stayed in. The views across the Smokey Mountains are incredible and it was great to meet Stephanie and have a lovely chat, thank you :-)

Joe and Antonio both were very helpful!! We went there during Helene Hurricane and it was a mess but they stood up next to us worrying about our safety!! Beautiful and peaceful place to go to !!! Thank you for the good job !!!! I recommend it for happily couples

We so thoroughly enjoyed our time in this sweet space. The energy there is so very lovely. The yard has plenty of flat ground to explore, which is a rare amenity at such a high elevation. The view was beautiful. Linens and kitchen items were thoughtfully provided. Unlike the sterile vibe of some rentals, we genuinely felt like we were walking into a beloved home space, which made our time there oh-so-comfy. We inherently felt the desire to be mindful of our impact on this home and the surrounding grounds. Thank you for our few days of solace and good vibes.

This home is beautiful inside and has stunning views. The kitchen was especially well stocked. We hiked the private trail nearby to Big Bald which was spectacular. Unfortunately they had the wrong WiFi password in the check in instructions, and we couldn't get a hold of the host by cell or over messages until later the next afternoon. After we got a hold of the host they were helpful and were kind enough to let us stay a few extra hours because the driveway was iced over.

words cannot describe how beautiful Jay's home is. our family had such an amazing getaway. Jay's home was super clean, the decorations were so cute, we found something new and unique everyday. The pool was amazing for my 2 young nephews who came to visit and the adults. my family comes to NC every year to visit my brother and Jay's place by far is my favorite. Thank you so much Jay and NC STRONG❤️
