Séjourner chez Luis à été un plaisir, l’appartement était confortable et propre. Literie confortable, tout confort. L’emplacement était bien situé pour visiter la ville de Braga à pieds. Luis était toujours disponible pour répondre à nos questions. Je ne peux que vous recommander Luis à d’autres hôtes. Au plaisir de revenir sur Braga. À bientôt Florence

Une maison accueillante et solaire, pensée pour accueillir plusieurs amis dans les meilleures conditions possibles. Le quartier est très agréable, loin des foules et avec de nombreux restos authentiques tous accessibles à pied. La plage à proximité est un vrai plus et l accès à Porto simple. Nous avons adoré notre séjour chez vous. Encore merci

Communication with Luis Miguel was great and he was prompt in his replies. For us his place was at the perfect location as we like to walk everywhere. Place is well maintained and clean. Would stay there again.

I stayed at Miguel’s flat for 5 nights and it was fantastic. It is in a convenient location. Very quiet but also close to the historic centre (20 minute walk downhill). The amenities were excellent and if you want to eat in there is a supermarket less than 5 minutes away with everything provided. Miguel was super helpful as a host and gave us great recommendations for the local area as well as for Porto as a whole. Every room was spacious and the showering facilities were excellent. I would highly recommend staying here if you are going to Porto!

Samen met een vriendin heb ik de ruimte van Christina gehuurd. Alles is probleemloos verlopen. Het boeken, het inchecken en uitchecken, alles ging goed. De ligging is top, je bent dichtbij veel bezienswaardigheden. de ruimte was schoon en had alles wat we nodig hadden. Het enige is dat het wat gehorig kan zijn is dus wij raden aan om oordopjes mee te nemen maar dat is logisch in het centrum. Al met al is de prijs/kwaliteit verhouding erg goed en raad ik de ruimte aan.

Le logement était parfait, il correspond exactement aux photos, la terrasse est vraiment le gros gros plus, le bus et le métro sont à proximité. Le quartier est très calme, parfait pour se reposer après une journée dans Porto 🙂 et il est au premier étage donc très peu de marche à monter, ce qui est top. Je recommande +++

Le logement est parfaitement situé à 2 pas d’une station de métro, le centre de porto est également accessible à pied avec un peu plus de patience Il y a des magasins très proches et très pratiques Tout est comme sur les photos, tout était très propre et c’est un excellent rapport qualité prix au vu de la localisation, logement très pratique et joliment décoré Les seuls points négatifs que nous avons trouvé ce serait que le débit de l’eau est assez faible aux alentours de midi, mais pas durant les autres heures de la journée, et également que la cuisine manquerait de quelques ustensiles (il y a une poêle et une casserole) ce qui ne nous a finalement pas embêté outre mesure La climatisation dans la chambre fonctionne bien Il est très agréable de manger sur la terrasse qui est un vrai plus ! A noter qu’à l’arrivée une petite bouteille de porto nous attendait, ce qui fut très agréable, merci ! Nous recommandons sans hésiter pour découvrir porto

Séjour d'une semaine à Porto dans l'appartement d'André où nous avons trouvé tout ce dont nous avions besoin . L'appartement est très propre, la literie confortable. Il ne faut pas craindre de monter les 4 étages assez raides mais à notre arrivée, André nous a gentiment monté notre valise. Il propose également une liste de restaurants, bars sympa et est disponible pour toutes questions concernant un séjour à Porto . En résumé, très bonne adresse.

La casa es tal cual se ve en las fotos. Es muy bonita. Ofrece un marco en la naturaleza y con total tranquilidad para pasar unos días de total descanso y lectura. También está cerca de Braga y Guimaraes si quieres hacer excursiones. Hay un restaurante muy cerca que se puede ir andando y se come bien. Concensao es super amable y muy maja, siempre atenta a si necesitas algo. Aunque ella vive arriba, es un espacio de total intimidad.

Margo is an excellent host and extremely attentive to our needs. The home was immaculate, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

excellent stay, only issue was with sleeping as the double bed mattress had plastic wrapping which can be noisy. no washing machine. Definitely would stay again.

We had an amazing family stay in the Casa. Lourenço was available to answer any of our questions at all times. From beach recommendations, to restaurants, and shops and golf, he helped us make the absolute most of our stay. The house itself is simply a remarkable space for family, with cosy spaces for groups to eat together or if you want to find some time alone too. Highly highly recommend, we will return.

Nous avons choisi cette endroit, pour le prix et la proximité du train de banlieue, pour pouvoir aller au centre de Porto sans la voiture. Sans la grève des trains, ça aurait été parfait, une balade de 25 minutes et nous y étions. Pour ce qui est des hôtes, la communication est facile en anglais, ils sont gentils et nous propose des choses a voir selon nos besoins. Merci pour tout.

Super séjour dans une belle maison bien décorée, tout était propre et bien équipé. Un quartier très calme et à 15 minutes à pied de la plage et du métro ! super emplacement si l'on veut passer quelques jours au bord de l'océan

Beautiful home is ponte de Lima. Close to the town center and surround towns. About an hour away from Porto. Lots to see and do within short drives. Home is private and cozy. Would recommend.

Luis un tipo muy majo estuvo pendiente siempre de mi llegada me indicó todo muy amable y un piso encantador fácil de llegar un piso espectacular y un anfitrión de 10 súper recomendado

This place was an intermission for us and it was perfect! The balcony was peaceful, the surrounding area was quiet compared to being in the heart of Porto which was nice. The bed was very comfortable and we could not be more thankful! Thank you. Walking distance from bus stop!

Super schöner Aufenthalt! Apartment mit ganz viel Charme!

Appartamento situato a Matosinhos, scelto perché non lontano dalla fiera internazionale a cui ho partecipato per lavoro. Ho avuto modo l'ultimo giorno di spostarmi in centro a Porto per visitare la città non essendo molto distante. Tutto perfetto, molto pulito e host super gentile e cordiale. Consiglio!

Nous avons été très bien accueillis à notre arrivée, le logement est bien agencé et tout le nécessaire est sur place dans la cuisine et dans la salle de bain. L'appartement est à moins de 10minutes à pieds de l'océan ainsi qu'à un petit quart d'heure des commerces. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Esposende.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt bei Maria; vielen Dank noch mal dafür! Auch als wir uns dummerweise ausgesperrt haben, war sie sofort da und hat uns geholfen. Die Wohnung ist schön groß, vor allem mit zwei Bädern sehr komfortabel. Der Balkon-Ausblick und die nur gut 100 Meter zum Strand sind natürlich großartig - für die Nachfolger haben wir einen Sonnenschirm dagelassen. Im Hochsommer sind die Klimaanlagen in der Wohnung bestimmt ein Segen! Toll ist der Tiefgaragen-Platz (steile Abfahrt!), der nützlich ist, wenn am Wochenende alle an den Esmoriz-Strand fahren. Dann ist hier "Party" angesagt - vor allem wenn Portugal mal wieder im Fußball gewonnen hat ;-). Dank Marias schneller Hilfe hat das Internet nach anfänglichen Problemen gut funktioniert. Das war wichtig, da wir so (deutsches) TV streamen konnten. Für viele bestimmt wichtig: die Betten waren super! Und für die richtigen Kapseln für die Kaffee-Maschine: fragt am besten Maria... - Moito obrigado, Maria - wir kommen wieder! :-)

Hola André, Gracias por todo. El piso está muy bien, tiene una terraza muy espaciosa, aunque las vistas no son muy buenas solo se pueden ver cuatro rollos. Muy buen detalle dejar todas aplicaciones y juegos instalados en la tele, ¡fueron de gran ayuda!. otro detalle a destacar son los buenos bollos y postresitos locales, muy ricos. Por otro lado no había ni buen ambiente nocturno ni diurno, a quien quiero engañar (bueno algún Darth Vader por ahí). Otra cosa a mejorar es la modernización de la puerta principal. Overall overall, chilling, chilling in the miling.

Amazing host and base to explore nearby Porto! Luiz was extremely helpful with tips regarding restaurants, sites, and nearby day trips. He went out of his way to make sure we were finding everything useful in the city and for anything we needed in the apartment he was a quick call away. The apartment was clean and in a great location and the building has great amenities including parking, pool, gym squash, pool etc. Would definitely recommend if traveling to Porto!
