The cottage is on the edge of a quiet cottage settlement in the forest above the dam, it is 150 m to the water by a path from the hillside, or by off-road vehicle or on foot 400 m along the forest road. Hot-tube, grill, fireplace with smokehouse and boat for 5 people are available. The accommodation is also suitable for the whole family, including dogs. For NÖ-Card owners, but also without a card, we are very centrally located to various excursion destinations such as Sonnentor, Noah's Ark, Kittenberg adventure gardens and much more. Winter closure from January 7th to February. Limited operation from February until the Easter holidays. The house is alive, so noises (e.g. woodworm) and animal visits (e.g. ladybugs) are possible.

It is possible to park in front of the garages of the family house behind the fence, the accommodated guest has their own remote control from the gate and then walk 100m along the sidewalk to the cabin.
