Öncelikle iki gün kalmamıza rağmen evi çok benimsedik, çok temiz düzenli modern bir evdi. Aradığınız her şeyi buluyorsunuz, bir çok market restaurant gibi ayrıcıkları var ayrıca yeri son derece muaazzam istanbulun en iyi semtlerinden birinde. Direkt karşısında iskele olması da ulaşımı aşırı kolaylaştırıyor. Zaten manzarasına diyecek söz yok bir çok istanbulun en lüks restaurantından daha güzel manzarası var kesinlikle istanbula her geldiğimizde aynı evi tutmayı uygunluk olmadığı durumda da mayer grubun başka bir evini kiralayacağız. The apartment offers a perfect balance between price and quality. It’s fully equipped with everything you might need. The best part, however, is its location — within walking distance of all the main sights. It takes just about 5 minutes to reach the seafront, and the Kadıköy ferry station is a pleasant 15-minute walk through the stunning streets of this beautiful neighborhood. I would definitely recommend Demet and her apartment for a lovely holiday in the amazing Moda.

Appartement conforme aux photos, il était très spacieux et propre ! La communication avec le hôte était impeccable. De plus la terrasse était vraiment magnifique , les lits très confortable vous vous sentirez comme à la maison. Merci pour tout !

konaklamamız güzel geçti. evin konumu çok iyi yerdeydi bir çok yere kolay ulaşım sağladık. ev temiz ve kullanışlıydı. Barış bey bizimle ilgilendi ve çok sıcak kanlıydı. İstanbul seyehatlerimizde kesinlikle başka bir yere bakmadan müsait ise tekrar tekrar burada kalmayı tercih ederiz.

I loved this airbnb! The airbnb actually was bigger than it looked in the photos. Its very sunny and its lovely to hang out out. Both rooms where comfortable and cozy. Getting there was easy and its a very calm area.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in Zeyneps Haus. Besonders gefallen hat uns die kurze Distanz zum Fähranleger, von der aus man schnell und gemütlich Istanbul erkunden kann. Der Eingang des schönen und perfekt Ausgestattete Objektes liegt in einer Sackgasse. So kann man das letzte Stück zum Haus ganz entspannt spazieren und die Architektur drumherum bewundern. Dankeschön Zeynep, dass wir deine Gäste sein durften. Besonders geschätzt haben wir als Familie mit Kindern, die Treppengitter und den Hochstuhl. Die Durchfahrtstraße in der Nähe ist zu hören, stört aber nicht weiter. Wer empfindlich ist sollte einfach Ohrstöpsel einpacken, da es sich um eine traditionelle Holz-Bauweise handelt.

Zafer was friendly and generous. He went beyond the call of duty to be helpful. The view of the Bosphorus especially from the bedroom and the terrace was simply magical. I highly recommend Zafer’s place.

We had a wonderful stay at Can's place. The listing is just as described but the view is even more beautiful in person! The house is clean, private and peaceful. It's on a hilly area but you can walk to restaurants and cafes in 10 minutes. Can was always responsive and super helpful. He also allowed us an early check-in. I would like to mention that we've stayed at many Airbnbs but this is probably the only one that was fully stocked with plenty of water bottles! We really appreciated that. Thank you to the host and we will definitely visit again. Highly recommended for short and long term stays.

We chose this home for its great reviews, beautiful style, and central location — and it truly exceeded our expectations. Ms. Ümmihan greeted us warmly at the door, the house was already heated and cozy, and she gave us a short tour that made settling in so easy. The entire place was spotless — no odors or stains, and the bed linens were perfectly clean. I’m quite sensitive, but I felt completely comfortable and slept like it was my own bed. The host and her assistant were incredibly kind and always available. The house is just a 5–10 minute walk from Ortaköy and the Bosphorus, yet it's on a quiet dead-end street with no traffic. A perfect stay — highly recommended!

My family and I enjoyed a one-week stay in this cozy apartment. The accommodation has all the necessary amenities for a pleasant experience. The windows face the private garden, therefore, it is very quiet in the apartment. The location was ideal, just a short walk to the tram station offering easy access to the Sultanahmet district. Several steps away from Galata Tower and numerous excellent restaurants. Our host Dilek was incredibly helpful and readily available. I would happily return to this apartment.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Istanbul dans cet appartement situé à Beyoğlu, à deux pas de la tour de Galata. L'appartement est très propre, récemment rénové, calme, et parfaitement équipé. Il dispose d’une chambre séparée avec un matelas très confortable, idéal pour bien se reposer après une journée de visite. L’hôte, Ram ou Karim, est extrêmement disponible et attentionné. Ils savent vraiment accueillir : eau en bouteille en quantité, papier toilette, tout est prévu, rien ne manque. La localisation est exceptionnelle : à 2 minutes de l’avenue Istiklal, la plus commerçante d’Istanbul, avec de nombreuses bonnes affaires (bien moins chères qu’à Paris !), tout en étant à l’écart du bruit. À proximité immédiate aussi du tunnel pour rejoindre le pont de Galata, du tramway pour accéder à la vieille ville, et à quelques minutes de Şişli. Great place to stay if you want an authentic feel in a local neighbourhood which is walkable to main sights. The apartment itself is beautiful, very clean, and has a warm, welcoming feel. Benny was an exceptional host -thoughtful, responsive, and incredibly helpful. Before we arrived, I asked about doing some laundry and he kindly picked up washing powder for us without even being asked. The fridge was stocked with water, which was a lovely touch. The neighborhood, while a little run-down in parts, felt deeply local and gave us the rare opportunity to experience the real Istanbul, away from the busy tourist spots. It was peaceful and quiet during the day, yet just a short walk or quick taxi ride from the bustling markets, main attractions, and business districts. Benny’s local guide was a great read, full of interesting recommendations. We were able to walk to most places, and when needed, local taxis were easy to use—just make sure the driver turns on the meter before you go.

The apartment is great - cosy, functional and equipped with all the amenities that one can think of. We spent there a week are were extremely satisfied. There is a terrace on the top of the building where you can relax after a long day of sightseeing which is an additional advantage. The neighborhood is vibrant - there’s lots of cafes, bars and restaurants within walking distance.
