Narejena je iz pretežno naravnih materialov. Pritličje hišice je skupaj s kopalnico dostopno in prilagojeno za invalide. Iz pritličja se po lesenem stopnišču povzpneš v mansardni del, ki poleg spalnice z balkonom in razgledom na travnike ponuja tudi savno in kopalno kad za dodatno sprostitev.

In der Hochsaison wird es dann lebhafter am Strand, wie auch in der Straße. Parkplatz gegenüber dem Haus

There's a promenade along the sea which leads you by the marina to the city center. It's next to the park where some summer events are held. It's close to the tennis courts where the renowned Umag Open Croatia ATP tennis tournament has been taking place for years. The grocery store is a 10-minute walk away.
