Monthly Rentals in Uggiano Montefusco

We stayed 4 days in a typical local apartment on the first floor. Recently renovated, it has all the comforts of a modern apartment, while maintaining the “Manduriano” style. The apartment also has a lovely terrace where you can have breakfast and dinner. You can reach the beaches in about 20/25 minutes. Burkhard gave us very useful information to reach the apartment and upon our arrival we were greeted by Mrs. Maria Italia, very nice and kind. In addition, Burkhard provided us with fresh water, coffee and a great Primitivo wine that unfortunately I could not drink. We really enjoyed everything. Highly recommended! Stunning ancient building with beautiful traditional interiors. Great Location with Private parking and located in the centre of Manduria, with great outdoor space too. In the flat there’s everything you need for longer stays. Highly recommend

alessandro was extremely kind, we booked a day before was too quick to respond. We arrived in a beautiful house with garden and garage inside the house, with gifts and a delicious café. The house was super clean, tidy, the kitchen very equipped with utensils, I felt at home. The house is close to several cities where we can visit. Thank you very much

We stayed 12 days in this wonderful accommodation Fico D 'india Apartment, I can only recommend it, good starting point to visit the surrounding cities. The nearby Penny is good, but we preferred the nearby Familia (10 min. by car), as well as the slightly hidden baker at the gas station (5 - 8 min. brisk walk). If you come with your own car or rental car, you have a secure carport available. Tuesdays are nearby market day and should be visited in the morning. We really felt at home and are happy to recommend this place. We thank Mimmo and Angelica for this wonderful opportunity. I'm sure we'll be back.
