Small private apartment (20 square meters) with small, fine bathroom (shower / toilet) and pantry kitchen (electric stove, fridge, coffee maker) in a quiet yet central location. On foot, it is only 10 minutes to the train station or supermarket and it is only 15 minutes to the center of Murnau or to Lake Staffelsee. There is satellite TV/radio and parking in front of the house by the hedge. Use of the washing machine or dryer is available upon request. Incl. guest card (e.g. discount for mountain railway, museums, lidos, etc.)

Absolutely our most beautiful apartment! It is brighter, larger (30m²) and has an ingenious view, plus a private balcony ... best mattresses or slatted frames ... a new TV (not yet on photos). An additional cot or mattress on the floor for another person is possible. Cute, as good as new attic apartment, tastefully decorated, very clean and directly on the quietly rippling brook in an absolutely quiet little alley... quite wonderful to slow down for a few days at the magnificent Staffelsee. We felt right at home! Ms. Hahn is a very nice and helpful host - we will be happy to come back ;-)

I was with my dog for 1 week at Herbert and Gisela's place. The apartment was great, new & high-quality, clean & lovingly furnished. There was a parking space with a direct path to the balcony door, which was totally practical because of the luggage. I felt completely comfortable! Gisela & Herbert were super nice, Herbert showed me everything important & gave me excursion tips. He brought me the forgotten guest card shortly after my arrival. I met Gisela at the key handover at the end. I was asked directly how my stay was & if I had any suggestions for improvement. The hosts were easily accessible. The surroundings are great & especially quiet, you can walk around the lake & the beer garden has delicious food. If you want to make excursions further away, a car is an advantage. I needed about 30-40 minutes to get to Füssen & Partenkirchen. Clear recommendation and a big thank you for everything! :-)

Our stay at Mariana's was very nice. The small but just sufficient apartment had everything you need. We lacked nothing and it was very clean and tidy. Everything was as described. We felt really comfortable from the beginning, because Mariana is super sweet and attentive. She was also quick to reach. Highly recommended, we would come back! 😊

The studio under the roof of the Seidl villa in Murnau is a small diamond among the apartments that we have inhabited so far (with and without Airbnb ;). It is surprisingly large and great to look at, very clean and furnished with a lot of love for a pleasant, airy living. Nothing is superfluous toy, but all beautiful to look at and arranged with a sense of perspective. A special highlight is the hammock in the living room, which was actively used by all of us - big and small. Our point of contact was friendly, open and helpful and we felt super comfortable there from the first minute.
