The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." We rent out our lovingly renovated and fully equipped attic apartment in the main house of our farm. The multi-generational farm is situated in a secluded location about 400 m before the idyllic village of Greußenheim, 12 km west of Würzburg. The apartment is about 50 m², fully equipped and has a new fitted kitchen. A parking space for a car is available. The nearest bus stop is about a five-minute walk away (direction: Würzburg and Marktheidenfeld).

On the first floor of our 350-year-old half-timbered house, we offer three bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, tub and toilet as well as a fully equipped kitchen (approx. 100 square meters). The hosts' apartment is upstairs. Wi-Fi, washer and dryer can be used. The courtyard is available for recreation (currently limited by construction work).
