Chalet of dreams! We had the most perfect stay at Lina’s place and it exceeded all expectations. Pristinely presented and amazing facilities. Only 15 mins drive to Kitzbuhl for skiing and it was then the perfect place to unwind with friends for a relaxing evening. Hot tub/pool/sauna were all amazing and such a joy to use after a day out. The chalet has everything you need and more and Lina is incredibly hospitable and thoughtful. Highly recommend to stay here, we loved it and really hope to come back at some point

WOW! When we saw the photos of the property during the book, we wondered if reality could catch up with us sobering. But the opposite occurred: It's even nicer on site than in the photos. You can easily check into a feel-good oasis. A warm feeling of home with clean character at the same time, a perfect mix. For me personally, it was a first holiday that was supposed to have a real relaxation frame and had a big share of success in the great Casa. Fireplace set at the touch of a button, leisurely hours on the window sill overlooking the distance and the cable car, then a sauna with mountain panorama and before going to bed - by the way in a great bed - a swimming pool stay. What more could you ask for (or even a woman)? The kitchen offers all the options to take care of yourself. Our dog also felt "bully"comfortable and enjoyed the long walks that are offered around the chalets. Great!!!

An absolutely perfect stay! The vacation rental was lovingly and completely furnished down to the smallest detail – we didn't miss anything. The hosts were exceptionally friendly, very communicative and always quickly accessible. You felt immediately welcome. We were particularly impressed by the wonderful location: The view was simply breathtaking – whether in the morning with coffee or in the evening at sunset, a real highlight. We will definitely be happy to come back!

Sanni's house really great for a ski vacation. The bus station is right around the corner and you are at the Schatzbergbahn within less than 10 minutes. The house is 600 years old, you can hear that of course. It creaks at every step on the upper floor and the wooden doors are also not tight, as there are partial gaps between the boards. If you speak a little louder, you can talk to the living-dining area with the person in the bedroom about it. Nevertheless, our one-year-old child also slept very well in the house (but there was more than just wood between our room and the floor below). There was a chair for him, a baby bed and even an extra towel was provided for him. The beds for the adults are very soft, you have to like that. The kitchen is well equipped, in the dining room there are some board games and upstairs a grand piano and a bookshelf. From the veranda and the garden you have a beautiful view of the mountains.

Mittenwald felt like we were in a fairytale. The town was beyond magical with its alpine beauty, cobbled streets and picture perfect buildings. Sasa's house was perfectly cosy and welcoming and had us feeling like we were locals as we sat around the wooden kitchen table drinking hot chocolates while it snowed outside. The bathrooms were clean and spacious and the beds comfortable, with plenty of room to move for our family with four small children. Thank you Sasa for being a lovely host and helping to make our first (but not last) trip to Mittenwald so memorable.

The two nights following our Italian holiday brought an incredible amount of peace and quiet. An absolutely relaxed, helpful and super nice host who was able to take care of a lot of our worries and we could just enjoy ourselves, even the dog relaxed, like never before in a foreign environment :) clearly - we will be back! Thank you from the bottom of my heart for the short but relaxing break!

Very nice and cozy place in a great location. It has everything you need, especially a beautiful view. Many ski resorts are quick to reach. Claudia was accessible and helpful throughout. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back.

We felt super comfortable. Top amenities😍😍😍! The outdoor pool and the wellness area were the icing on the cake. There was nothing missing. Everything worked out great. Cooking for 8 people was a bit difficult as there were not enough utensils.

Cozy, beautifully furnished apartment in a perfect location right on Lake Walchen. The kitchen even has a real stove (with four burners and an oven) and is otherwise excellently equipped. From the living room and balcony you have a beautiful view of the lake. Communication went smoothly and very friendly. We enjoyed the stay!

We have as a complete family (8 adults, 4 children) vacationed together. The house is spacious, has a great location, is very well equipped and relaxing to live in even on rainy days.

The luxury apartment exceeded my expectations in every way. The high-quality furnishings, stylish design and exclusive location offer a top-class living experience. I was particularly impressed by the spacious, light-flooded rooms and the first-class service. Those who have high standards will find a perfect home here at the highest level. We spent one night with six in Aster Häusl. After skiing, we first went to the wellness area, which we all enjoyed very much. The view from the infinity pool is truly impressive. Breakfast the next morning was excellent – freshly squeezed orange juice, delicious cheese, and fresh salmon were included. The staff were very accommodating throughout from the introduction to our cabin to checkout, and we felt completely comfortable. Definitely a recommendation!

The stay at Alfred and Astrid's place was fantastic. Alfred was particularly friendly and took the time to explain how everything works. The apartment was really above expectations. Super clean and the kitchen was very complete and has a luxurious spacious fridge with ice maker. The apartment has 3 large TVs with a Netflix subscription on each TV. Both a German, a Dutch and an Italian version. No hassle with your own login. There was a fine and fast internet connection of 150 mbit. Very nice. We also enjoyed the beautiful bathroom with luxury hot tub and the lovely rain shower. The apartment is in a quiet place about 6 min drive from a shopping center and it is a 5 min drive to the ski slope of Reith im Alpbachtal and only 10 min drive to the large ski resort in the Alpbachtal. We will definitely come back here again!

There were four of us there and we felt comfortable right from the start. Also, our late arrival due to traffic was not a problem at all and the reception was very warm and friendly. The apartment is super nice and modern, perfectly exchanged and clean, as well as great views of the mountains. The pools are great and we also enjoyed using the sauna. We also got excursion tips. Thank you for this great stay, happy to come back! 🤩

We stayed at the property for two nights and were very satisfied. Everything was very clean and maintained. The location was pleasantly quiet. We can definitely recommend the place and would love to come back!

This place was amazing! Quaint and cozy- the sauna was amazing! We love the town of Mittenwald and the beds were very comfortable. Lots of small hikes you could start right from the property - many bigger ones only a short drive away. Thank you for sharing your town with us!

Beautiful place to relax surrounded by nature! Good location, wonderful chalet with everything you need. If you need more consumables (spices, cooking essentials, such as additional toiletries like toilet paper), we recommend buying them.

Ulrike is one of the greatest hosts I have ever met She is kind, caring and always available. During our stay, our baby faced some health issues. Ulrike helped us out a lot in finding a doctor in the area, even called for us to book an appointment. She has been nothing but great during the whole stay Also, her partner made us feel special as he asked without meeting each other how the baby was going - showing how much they care about the people staying at their place The surroundings are great. We really enjoyed our time even when the weather was not perfect, thanks to Ulrike’s recommandations Thank you again for your hospitality Ulrike
