Charming old house, over 100 years, at the heart of the Idefjord, in nice little Krokstrand, about 20 minutes by car from Strömstad. The house has a new kitchen (sleeps about 8) and new bath, 4 bedrooms and 2 living rooms. On the outside you will find a large lovely terrace with patio table and chairs, parasol and some sun loungers. In the summer it is sun in the terrace from about 9-20. The house is located on a slope and on the plot a rippling stream flows, soothing and quiet. There is a 7-minute walk down to the fjord, where you will find a beach with the jetty.

On first floor a living room with a cosy fire place (iron stove), a bathroom with toilet, shower and underfloor heating, a small but fully equipped kitchen, and a dining room with doors to the terrace. On second floor it is an open loft with limited height functioning as a bedroom with 4 beds in total.

Very old windmill rebuild as a summer holiday house. Location 45km north of Gothenburg and 7 km from the next grocery. Simple kitchen inside and also outside. Toilet and shower is outside the mill in a separate house. Sunny location, hot tub, sauna with outside shower, sea view. Ten minutes walk to the sea. Roof hight on the first floor is very low about 170 cm. Stairs are steep. Spiders live in the mill. The WIFI works outdoors only. Sauna hottub and open fire inside the mill are by wood.

Here you can take a break and unwind with either a lovely walk in nature or enjoy a good book on our beautiful outdoor terrace that is located by the pond that winds around the yard. If you prefer to discover the shopping, the farm is 20 km from Torp or 20 km from Överby. 10 km from Uddevalla city center. An outdoor shower with hot water is available on the terrace.
