The place is very quiet and beautifully located in nature, no street or the like to be heard. If you are really looking for peace, you will find it here. I slept very well here. The house is cosy and tastefully decorated. There are some cobwebs in the house, that didn't bother me. The hostess is very friendly and helpful. The house is located a few kilometers from the lake and in the immediate vicinity there is nothing for shopping or eating out. In the region there is hardly any tourism, rather agriculture, once it smelled pungent of manure. I still enjoyed it.

Had a great time and would stay again. Cute accomodation with a fireplace and the kitchen has everything you need. Directly outside the cottage you walk into nature and the Kloster is in short walking distance. Perfect for a weekend outside the city. Host is very helpful and communicative.

everything perfect in the accommodation, the neighborhood has everything and it is very nice, only the transfer from Berlin to the area was complicated because we were told only one form of transportation the xual was the least convenient, use bus 248 and metro line 5 much more effective, using location on Google gave us these options, otherwise everything was fine.

We were very warmly welcomed by Hans and felt very comfortable right from the start in the beautiful and cozy house by the lake. We particularly liked swimming and paddling on the clear limestone lake, relaxing in the beautiful & quiet garden and hiking in the midst of untouched nature. Showering in the bathhouse was pleasant and the heating with the wood-burning stove worked well and contributed to the coziness, especially in the evening. Hans and Maria were very helpful and available at any time. Thank you very much for the great time in your really very beautiful idyll!

Jwd. Last bus leaves KW at 8:10 pm. Those who take this into account will feel very comfortable, just like me. All the best.

Those who like peace will love the silence. During the high season, there is certainly more going on. But we prefer the off-season and were very satisfied in every way. It was like coming home and that's how it should be. Thanks again for having us. We will be happy to come back. 👍

We felt very comfortable in the apartment and spent a pleasant weekend there. It had everything we needed, the location is great (by the park and near public transport), the neighborhood is also nice. We can fully recommend the apartment!

At the end of an unpaved path, located on the edge of a forest, I parked the car on one of the driveways and saw old wooden window and door frames as well as other construction debris – my first thought was: “Oh no! Where did I end up here?” Then I followed the path through the back garden, which led me to a door of a long one-storey annex of the house. When entering, the light turned on automatically. Before I tell you too much about the floor plan of the apartment, I would like to say: The pictures here on Airbnb do not do this place justice. It's much better – and exceeded my expectations. I felt extremely comfortable and highly recommend a stay there to anyone. The hosts are warm and helpful, willing to provide information and support without disturbing privacy.

Check in was easy. The place is great. Very cozy with attention to detail. The kitchen is superbly equipped and even has a large selection of spices. The garden is very cozy with various seating options and stunning views. You can do a lot in the area. The sauna in the garden was also available to us. We met Charles briefly. He is very friendly and can give good further tips. We had a great relaxing time. Thank you very much from the heart for the wonderful time at your place

Thank you very much for the weekend in this small, bright, airy cottage with wooden floorboards, clay plaster and beautiful old wooden windows in the middle of the large garden, which in turn is surrounded by beautiful tall trees and borders directly on an old arm of the Havel. We found the tranquility we were looking for here.

I had a wonderful stay. The apartment was spotlessly clean and perfectly equipped – nothing was missing. The quiet location, the inviting terrace and the close proximity to the lake and forest make the surroundings ideal for a relaxing break. Check-in went completely smoothly and Andrea and her husband were super friendly and helpful. You immediately feel welcome! I will definitely return!

Jacqueline was an amazing host and the summer house was lovely. We loved returning to it after our city adventures. The best thing was the coffee machines and the warm floor for the bathroom.

My girlfriends and I took a spontaneous birthday trip. From Berlin, the place was very easy to reach. We felt right at home and enjoyed the beautiful area very much. Communication was also always totally good. I can only recommend this sweet place, the equipment is great and if you want a bit of peace and nature, this is the place to be. We had a very nice time 😊

Barbara is a great host. Although I didn't had a chance to meet her personally, due to my agenda, she was always answering my questions and was taking care about how our experience is going. The house was perfectly clean in a very nice and calm region, next to a lake and within a very beautiful garden.

We stayed in the studio apartment in Warnitz for the second time and felt super comfortable again! As you can see on the pictures, it is a single, small space, but it is so lovingly and tastefully furnished that it can be snuggled up and cozy even on bad weather days. Since we are traveling without a car, the connection by train from Berlin is perfect. I'm sure we'll be back again!

We had great Easter and the place is perfect from the layout for several people and well equipped.

We had a fantastic stay! We enjoyed staying at the house as much as discovering the surrounding areas. Bernd and Annette have created a place filled with beauty and harmony. Great visit, loved the garden and the comfortable feeling it provided us with during our visit to a lovely, busy Berlin, will recommend Carmens place to other friends visiting Berlin.

My daughter was able to help us find the place seeing how she lives in Germany. It was very cozy and tucked away. In the garden area Im sure it’s beautiful to sit outside and have a morning coffee. Going in Nov-Dec is a damp and chilly time but the place was very cozy and plenty warm inside. The bed had warm comforters that were perfect. Every thing was marked well for recycling or use of their place. We were mainly there in the early mornings, left around 10am and back by 9pm. We had places to go everyday w/our daughter and had a chance to visit many places in Berlin. The train station was within walking distance and she would meet us there. Some of the mornings we made breakfast and a REWE was conveniently within walking distance. Also a great little cafe. We went to visit my daughter so I knew we’d see all that we wanted too plus. I choose the place mainly for the amenities and distance to the surrounding things. Erika and Hann were lovely hosts and I definitely would recommend.

Great new houses with very child-friendly venues

We felt very comfortable in the cottage. It is in a very nice quiet neighborhood. Ideal for a trip with a dog. The beach is easily accessible. The national park with its wild stretch of beach is beautiful. The house has everything you need. Colder days are also provided with an electric fireplace. Wild romance also to have a bonfire. Recommendation!

Beautiful air BB. Very homey feel. Gorgeous garden. Host even met us extremely late to make sure we check in okay. Highly recommend.
