Haus Prerow - Apartment with charm

The location of "Haus Prerow" is close to the center. Within 20 minutes you can be at Alexanderplatz with public transport. Public transport and shopping malls are within walking distance. It is located in a quiet residential area in the middle of Berlin. Haus Prerow is a one-room apartment with a bathroom and shower and is located separately on our property. We provide you with a refrigerator, a small oven, a coffee machine, a kettle and, if necessary, a baby cot. Free parking is available

The apartment is 1 S-Bahn stop away from the trendy Ostkreuz station and 2 stops away from Warschauer Strasse. P.S.: I own an original 5-meter Riva boat from Italy. This means that a private boat tour of Berlin can also be booked with me at any time.

Ideal for all who want to get to know Berlin, but want to end the evening comfortably and in a quiet atmosphere. An advantage would be the journey by car, which can safely be parked in front of the propert. The underground can be reached by car in about 8 minutes (by foot in around 30minutes), there are many free parking areas. Supermarkets are within walking distance.
