The summerhouse is located in the Bio-Reservat of Parsteinsee. On 35 sqm you find all animities for a perfect summer holiday! The plot is 657 sqm large and has 2 terraces and a garden shower. The lake of Parstein is in walking distance (5 Minutes). The living room could be converted into a bedroom with a double bed and a high bed for 2 kids. Bathroom (with toilet and rain-shower) and kitchen have been renovated in 2024. In a little guest house (9 sqm) max. 2 guest could sleep (very simple).

The newly renovated vacation home is located in the center of Grünz village, surrounded by the beautiful Randowtal. The cozy kitchen-living room offers a fireplace and a sofa bed. The bedroom with adjoining terrace invites you to have breakfast and linger. The large lawn in front of the vacation home is ideal for children and/or dogs to play and romp. In our beautiful region you can hike for hours, ride a bike and enjoy nature. The nearby lake invites you to swim, fish or go boating.

In an exclusive location directly on the Röddelinsee with your own lake access, you can spend a relaxing holiday here. Only 6 km from Templin and approx. 80 km from Berlin, the Seehaus Rödd is located on an 8,000 square meter forest property. The house was completely renovated and refurbished in 2018. A large terrace with a view of the lake invites you to linger. Leisurely walks, hikes, bike tours and sometimes a dip in the refreshing lake guarantee individual relaxation.

The beautiful designer wooden house in the Märkische Schweiz (50 km from Berlin) is located in the small artist village of Ihlow, and offers a beautiful view of fields and forests on 65 m² of living space with a large window front and 35 m² of covered terrace area. There is a large living, dining and cooking area with a wood-burning stove, as well as two bedrooms and a bathroom. Both bedrooms have infrared heating. Each bedroom has a queen size bed (1.60).

Our vacation home is located on an approximately 6,100 m² large, fantastic lake property with its own tennis court and its own jetty. On the property, there is another vacation home with 3 apartments. The shore with a small beach is about 50 m long. In the spring of 2020, we acquired the property. It has 5 vacation homes. We have just lovingly completely renovated this cottage with the number 7/3 here and now it awaits you! The pretty vacation home has a living room, kitchen with dining area, bedroom with double bed and bathroom with shower. There is also a nice private terrace. It is partly covered. The property has its own access to the lake and a jetty with a swimming ladder.

Our bungalow invites you to absolute relaxation due to its location on the edge of the forest and the green fields lake within walking distance. But also Berlin could be reached by train in about 15 minutes.

We rent our nice little cottage 27 m², 2 min walk from Wandlitzsee to the beach 3 min to Surfing club about 5 min, 500 m from Wandlitzsee train station. Bakeries, shops or restaurants are within walking distance. Bus stop outside the door, Berlin nearby, other lakes in the vicinity Wi-Fi is not available everywhere.
