Benedikte's house on architect-designed Svindland farm

Benedikte House is located about ten minutes drive from Egersund city center and about five minutes from E39. We have tried to recreate the hospitality of Benedikte - the last one who lived in the old house - in this modern and completely newly built farmhouse on the edge of the yard at Svindland farm. Here guests will find peace and quiet. On the farm there are horses, we have two dogs and a cozy peacock couple that walk freely. The house is very modern and well equipped.

Welcome to idyllic Rødland. Here you can relax and listen to the birdsong and the water babbling in the stream. Fantastic hiking opportunities and great marked trails. Cozy little cabin for 2–3 people. Swimming and fishing opportunities right outside the cabin. Toilet in a separate building right next to the cabin (no shower) Kitchen in the cabin has been renovated June 2024. Bedroom renovated in April 2026.
