Nestled in a pretty, friendly village 3 miles from Fowey is our well equipped and homely Cornish miners cottage dating from 1860, under a mile from the beach and just a 10 minute drive to The Eden Project. Pebble Cottage is located on a quiet no-through lane (The Saints Way) which leads to open countryside one way and towards the beach and coastal path the other. There is central heating, a private parking space and fully enclosed, flat, sunny courtyard garden (no steps!) with seating and BBQ.

We are one mile from the village of Lanlivery and just 15 minutes from the A30 at Bodmin. This position gives you easy access to the north and south coasts of Cornwall and The Eden Project is just 10 minutes drive away. A five minute walk away is a beautiful beach. We're ideally situated for walkers and close to amenities. We are strictly NON SMOKING.

Up the winding stairs a twinkle lit bedroom which sleeps 2 people in luxury and comfort in king-sized 5' bed with 100% cotton bed 'linen'. Parking with permit provided 200 yards. Friendly local pub 300 yards, which also provides takeaway meals. Eden Project 15 minutes drive. Local kayak hire.

Unwind and relax in this historic gem of a home. There has been a mill on this site since 1298 and in 2019 we completely refurbished the current 18th century milll to a very high standard to ensure a truly comfortable and magical getaway. You'll be surrounded by trees, bird song and the constant sound of running water and the sight of our resident heron by the waterfall. The mill lies in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in Daphne du Maurier country, on the Fowey estuary.
