The kitchen has a dishwasher, refrigerator and dining area with a fjord view. Out on the balcony you can enjoy panoramic fjord views and listen to the wind or the birds. In front of the house is Galleri Solbakkestova with its associated sculpture garden which is always open to the general public. Around the house, goats graze, and you overlook some free range hens, and some alpacas across the road. The house has terraces on both sides, where it is lovely to sit and take in the surroundings and feel the tranquility. There are also great hiking trails close by.

A lovely, beautiful little house on a small peak. Beautiful views to both fjord, lake and mountains. Here you can enjoy the silence and the view undisturbed in a sheltered environment. This unique house was also on the TV series program "Time for Home" on TV2 in 2019. There they refurbished the kitchen and dining room. If the dates you want are not available, or if you want a longer stay, you can contact me by message when you book and I may be able to extend the availability.

"Drengstovo" with a lovely view in Hardanger

Drengstova", an apartment that is located in the barn with a private balkong facing the fjord, Sørfjorden. At the dock it’s nice to take a bath, fish or just enjoy the view. Fogefonna sommerskisenter is one houer by car from us. There are many fine hiking in the surrounding area. The most famous are Trolltunga, Oksen and the waterfalls in Husedalen,Kinsarvik. It's nice to cycle along the fjord into Agatunet or against Utne with Utne hotel, and Hardanger Folkemuseeum .

A gem at the sea.

Peaceful and nice place about 4 km past Strandvik city centre. Where there is a shop-resturang/pub and great park. Sand volleyball courts are there too. The house is idyllically close to the sea. Canoe can be locked and the fishing possibilities are good. The boat in the pictures can and can be used. We have and some bikes that can be borrowed. Great for anyone who wants to vacation in a quiet setting. All washouts take care of the host
