Cabin vacation rentals in Tysnes Municipality

Our five-day stay in this beautiful, large house on the island was wonderful. It was a great adventure to travel to the island by motorboat. The house is located on a hill with magnificent views in all directions and offers both plenty of space and comfort. The hot tub was surprisingly no longer available, but that didn't bother us much given the manageable length of stay and the very changeable weather anyway. Elisabeth was a wonderful hostess. The information was very precise and helpful. She always responded to questions super quickly and kindly. We highly recommend everyone to experience this island adventure and enjoy this luxurious property.

I had a great and peaceful time with my family. The house is cozy and tidy. Tidy environment. The house has all you need to spend time. It also provides information on attractions if you want to see the sights. All information about the home operating instructions was presented in an informative way, so no more questions came up. My family loved it ☺️

Again a lovely weekend stay at this beautiful property. We have been here before and have really enjoyed. Lovely surroundings. Cozy house with everything needed. Tidy and clean. Plenty of towels and bed linen. Very nice with a wood-fired hot tub. We enjoyed the sea and bathed both in the sea and in the stomp. Fishing off the dock, and kayaked. There were 5 of us (including a toddler) in Bjarnes' house and had a wonderful time. The location of the house is absolutely perfect if you want peace, nature and proximity to the sea. The hot tub is of course a highlight, especially to relax at sunset. We had everything in the house that we needed and enough space. Communication with Bjarne was also always flawless. We can only recommend the house :)

The house was very nice and had a hot tub that we were able to use. It was very clean and had a fully equipped kitchen as well as international TV and a big deck. This was our first time to Norway and we would definitely recommend staying here.

One of the best place I've stayed in!

The place is absolutely fantastic and cozy. It was wonderful to be able to see the water every day. Wenjia is a great, warm and helpful host and very accessible. The amenities were very good and high quality, so we were even well equipped for our Christmas menu. The decor is less restrained than it appears in the photos. The furnishings have also changed minimally. Heating is primarily provided by fan heaters, which make permanent noise. For us, who wanted to find peace and quiet and are rather sensitive, that was disturbing. In summer, the property is certainly also an absolute dream! Value for money was good and we'd come back anytime.

We have had a wonderful mini winter holiday in this cozy log cabin! There we had everything we needed. Well-equipped, tidy and clean. With beautiful nature on all sides, mountain forest, rivers and lake. Hens roaming around the yard, cows, cozy play area outside. We had a pleasant and quiet stay here and would love to come again! Highly recommended. Kristin is a helpful and accommodating host.☺️

Great views, great place, nice to walk around. Easy to check in, parking close to hoyse. N.b. just to note a small minus- lots of owners things in wardrobes, so you will have to keep your things in the luggage 🙂 But would still recommend this place!

A small piece of jewelry. We felt totally comfortable when we arrived, which was also due to the fact that a fire was already prepared in the fireplace. It is very cozy and everything you need is there that you need. The view of the fjord is wonderful...there is always something to see and you can take great pictures. For hiking and bathing, you have to drive about 10-15 minutes, but fishing on site by boat is good. We also used the boat to go to the small island of Sild. Otherwise, as always, the communication with Laila was great and we can highly recommend the accommodation and will definitely come back.

In the beautiful cottage of Anders you can spend wonderful days in any weather. A great view of the lake, a small boat, a quiet neighborhood, a well-equipped kitchen - it's just everything your heart desires.

We - 2 adults and 3 kids - lived in the house for one week. It was easy to find with g.maps and we had a very relaxed time even the weather was rainy sometimes. We enjoyed: the location and house itself to use the boat and the fire place in the house to use the washig mashine (and the dryer) the water quality of the lake and in the house and last but not least our very cool and nice hosts!

Beautiful stay in "Havgløtt" - so quiet and peaceful to be close to the sea. Enchanting steep rocks surround the cabin, and you can feel the history here. I swam every day even though the water was freezing. My dog loved it here, too! She hardly wanted to come inside. The cabin is old-fashioned in a cozy way - this time of year (March) it's good to keep the fire going to stay warm. Christian is a wonderful host, ready to help with any question or request you might have.

Our stay at Lars Rune's was very nice. Although the boat by the house was broken (for he was very friendly, and immediately got a replacement. We'll be back soon!!!

Our stay at this converted boathouse retreat was nothing short of magical. Nestled right on the water in Kvinnherad, the views were absolutely unreal—tranquil fjords surrounded by majestic mountains. It’s a short walk to the cabin and it’s totally worth it! The boathouse itself is cozy, and full of charm, making it the perfect getaway. This spot is also a dream for fishing enthusiasts! The host was amazing—so warm and welcoming, going above and beyond to ensure we had an unforgettable stay. If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat with stunning scenery and incredible fishing, this place is a must-visit. We would definitely come back!

Lovely private place with beautiful views and a cozy cabin. We’ve enjoyed the quietness and natural atmosphere in Eversvik. Highly recommended for people who are looking for a place to disconnect from busy lifestyles and enjoy a fairly romantic nature right at their doorstep.

A nice cottage on the edge of the fjord, quiet, comfortable with exceptional views. Great for a family vacation. Margrete welcomes you in person and with a smile. I recommend this cottage for total immersion in Norwegian nature.

What a special place tucked in the middle of the island! A great little hike to get into the cabin, and the cabin itself, situated up on a little ledge overlooking the bog and river lands is such a fun place to stay. Very comfortable inside between the fireplace, simple solar setup, deck, and you can tell Knut's recommendations come from a love of the place and area. Thank you Knut, wish we had time to explore more of your recommendations.

Me and my friends went on a weekend trip there and location was beautiful. Home felt very cozy, peaceful, was clean and spacious enough for eight people. Towels, bedding and toiletries were provided. Beautiful garden and backyard with plenty of places to sit outside to enjoy morning coffee's and evening drinks. Host always responded fast and was helpful whenever we needed help.
