Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Tysnes Municipality

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. The care and attention to the renovation of this historic house is clear everywhere. Beautifully and comfortably equipped, the interiors are such a joy, we adored this house and would recommend to anyone looking for modern amenities in a characterful historic setting. Comfortable beds, beautiful linens, well stocked kitchen, wonderful views and a scenic location less than an hour outside Bergen and looking out over the quaint harbour, this was a really relaxing cosy location to spend Christmas. Would love to visit in summer too. Highly recommended.

We had a lovely stay at this Norwegian farm and bakery. It was the peaceful respite that we needed amidst a couple weeks of international travel. Our teen girls were like children again with the animals and the swings. The fresh pastry and bread from the bakery was exquisite. Ranjeeta and her family were kind and wonderful hosts. The beauty of this place is it is out there- so everything is a bit of a drive. But they are the most beautiful drives we ever took with fjords and charming villages all the way:

Great location for this beautiful house, perfectly as described and as shown in the photos. Anders was very friendly, proactive and responsive by messaging. Small touches were waiting for us upon arrival, and the living room was very nicely decorated for Christmas. The 40-degree Jacuzzi facing the fjord is a must! Only one slight downside on the cleanliness of the kitchen which was good but not impeccable. A very nice place to recommend without hesitation. Thanks again for a wonderful Christmas in Bergen.

it is the second time thar we spent some time at Stig's cabin and once more it was idyllic! The house is beautiful and the garden perfect for a family holiday, not mentionning the sauna and the wonderful surroundings. I am surw we will come back again soon!

We had a great stay at Steinar’s house. It was an unplanned visit while we were on our way to another city. Steinar responded late at night and kindly helped us book the property. The instructions were clear, and the space itself exceeded our expectations. Thank you!

The house is located in a quiet residential area with short distance to the store and the sports facility. There are lovely views from the dining room. The house with a little garden and a nice patio.

Beautiful spot with small private beach! Excellent views of the water from all rooms. Private and quite, great for the kids and a good spot for excursions to bergen and the fjords

Spacious kitchen and living room, everything needed was available. Nice view over Skanevik fjord. We also did the roadtrip suggested by Frode, it was very scenic and beautiful.

Me and my wife had a great time, we were warmly welcomed at the property and shown around and explained everything we need to do and what was available. They explained the history of the location and what to visit, they had a wealth of knowledge of the area. It is place I would recommend to anyone wanting to visit the place. Thank you for a fantastic time.

We had a very pleasant stay in the great apartment of Nicholas. Everything seemed new and fresh. It was inviting and convenient. From the very first contact, Nicholas has responded quickly, provided good information and been helpful. We felt that we could relax in the apartment, where everything was prepared for us with, among other things, delicious bed linen and even chocolate on the bed. There was also a very good shower. On the porch you could sit outside and there was the possibility to grill, we did not have time for that this time. But we will gladly come back another time, and easily recommend this apartment to others who need a place to stay in Bergen.

We had an amazing stay at Inger Mari's home! The house was clean , comfortable and had we needed for a comfortable experience. location was perfect for public transport , nature. We felt welcome and would love to stay here again on a future occasion. Many thanks

Beautiful house in a lovely peaceful area, hosts were very approachable and friendly and even picked us up from the tram station when we discovered there was no more buses on Sunday which we are very grateful for. Highly recommended, thank you very much to our hosts.

Host is very responsive and receptive. The house is beautiful and one with its surroundings. You stare right onto the water. No complaints. I would definitely come back again.

This place is 11 out of 10!! A place of dreams. The location and house are absolutely stunning and Mette and Kristian are beyond fabulous hosts always going above and beyond! Our favorite parts of the stay: kayaking in the morning sunlight around the little inlets, fishing from the dock, a sunset sauna or hot tub followed by a fjord cold plunge/swim, relaxing on the deck with a beer, sipping coffee while watching the birds and listening to the waves lap against the dock, cooking in the well stocked kitchen and more. We will be back!!!

nice ... nice place, nice cottage, beautiful view, beautiful peace and wonderful silence ... you can easily reach very interesting places and amazing views, and then rest in the cottage after the hardships of sightseeing ... a place worth recommending. The stay at Laila's cottage was indescribably beautiful and relaxing. We had pretty mixed weather during our stay with a lot of storm and rain. Due to the very tasteful and cozy furnishings, the wood-burning stove with existing wood and the huge window fronts with great views of the fjord, we made it really cozy in the cottage. In addition, fishing for mackerel was already a breeze from the shore. We will be happy to come back.

Beautiful stay in "Havgløtt" - so quiet and peaceful to be close to the sea. Enchanting steep rocks surround the cabin, and you can feel the history here. I swam every day even though the water was freezing. My dog loved it here, too! She hardly wanted to come inside. The cabin is old-fashioned in a cozy way - this time of year (March) it's good to keep the fire going to stay warm. Christian is a wonderful host, ready to help with any question or request you might have.
