House vacation rentals in Tyrrhenian Sea

We had a truly wonderful stay at Marco’s Villa. The house has excellent accommodation and is extremely well appointed. Situated within a few minutes drive of central Balestrate and all the amenities it has to offer (supermarket, butchery, pharmacy, restaurants), it is an ideal location with easy access to all the key tourist spots. We thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor living element of the property, making use of the swimming pool, hot tub, bbq and pizza oven with al fresco dining and relaxing. Giuseppa was a superb host; very welcoming, charming and helpful. We can highly recommend Marco’s property.

We had a wonderful vacation. The accommodation is fully equipped. The pool is beautifully clean. The owners are great, they are always happy to give advice and take care of you. They also brought us fruit and games for children. Accommodation is located in nature, where your neighbors will be only sheep and animals. if you want to take a break from people, this is the right choice. The sea is not dry, you need a car. We were on a different beach every day, it suited us so well. We recommend Lumbrak beach. Thanks again :)

Communication was seamless. The host was responsive, our stay was comfortable from start to finish. From the private pool to the stunning views, there is a perfect blend of luxury and relaxation. You can reach the beach with a 10-15 minute walk. Overall, It was an enjoyable retreat!

La casa de Alain es una casa para disfrutar en un lugar privilegiado. Es acogedora, tiene todo lo necesario desde juegos de mesa, internet y televisor gigante, piscina, terraza con una vista increible y cocina completa. Es super cómodo y esta ubicado en el pueblo más lindo de la zona, con acceso a St Tropez y toda el área. Volveremos!

Le logement est très agréable, avec une belle piscine et à proximité de la côte et des plages en voiture. Gian Luca était très réactif, je recommande !

Das Haus und das Grundstück waren traumhaft. Wir waren als Familie mit sechs Personen da. Es gibt zwei getrennte Häuser. In einem haben wir Eltern geschlafen, in dem anderen unsere Kinder. Es gibt eine Boccia-Bahn mit Beleuchtung, so dass man auch spielen kann wenn es dunkel ist. Der Pool ist super und groß. Man ist in fünf Minuten zu Fuß am Meer und hat zwei Möglichkeiten: einmal zum kleinen Hafen des Ortes und auf der anderen Seite in eine Bucht. Auf beiden Seiten sind schöne Badestellen zu finden. Marjan ist ein super netter Gastgeber. Er hat uns mit allen möglichen Tipps geholfen und auf Nachrichten immer sofort reagiert. Vielen Dank dafür! Sehr empfehlenswert.

words fail me! AnneMarie and Alberto were the perfect hosts. AnneMarie sorted vets for our homeward journey communicated with restaurant for booking a table. Alberto recommended the best walk to local beach, stunning... their beautiful dogs Monte and Chito made Bella's holiday and ours complete. HIGHLY recommend this beautiful holiday home. the pool was cleaned and filled up regularly, everywhere was spotlessly clean. lovely towels and plenty of them. AnneMarie always available if needed. google translate helped us both to understand each other.

La petite maison est très agréable, conforme en tout point à la description. L’emplacement est très bien, proche de la plage et est situé idéalement pour parcourir tous les magnifiques villages aux alentours. Nous recommandons les yeux fermés ce logement, nous avons passons un séjour magnifique.

We’ve just returned from the most glorious week at Casa Blanca! The villa is absolutely beautiful, had everything we needed for everyone in our party (with age ranges from 4-70’s), and was exactly as described and shown in the pictures. Per Magnus and Sophie (the concierge) were so helpful and responsive and always on call for anything we needed. The local village was beautiful and had a range of cafes, restaurants and shops and then Saint-Maxime is only 10 minutes away. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and have already discussed returning next year for even longer. Thank you!

Roberto est un hôte très accueillant, il est très réactif et nous a donné de très bonnes recommandations dans le coin. Il nous a même apporté le petit déjeuner par deux fois. La maison a une vue imprenable sur la mer avec un accès privatif sans espace de sable pour se poser mais avec une petite terrasse bétonnée. Nous avons également bien profité de la terrasse extérieure qui est à l abri du vent et où nous avons passé de très agréables soirées. Nous avons passé une bonne semaine en Sicile et la localisation très proche de l aéroport (15 min) était un plus. Les villes de Trapani, Palerme, Mondello, Segeste sont facilement accessibles à moins d 1h et Cefalu à 1h20.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft. Der Check in war super und nett, ansonsten war es wunderbar ruhig, gemütlich und eine unheimlich schöne Aussicht. Wir konnten ende Oktober sogar noch den Pool nutzen! Die Fahrzeiten zu Supermarkt und Strand waren auch sehr kurz.

Nous avons passé un séjour magique dans cette villa. La vue depuis la terrasse est vraiment magnifique. Le logement est confortable et très bien situé à Portoferraio, car proche de nombreux centres d’intérêt.

Der Garten mit dem Zugang zum Strand ist einfach traumhaft schön....Das Haus ist einfach gehalten und hat alles was man benötigt. Für kalte Tage gibt es einen Kamin und zusätzliche warme Decken. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und jederzeit für Fragen erreichbar. Die Lage ist wunderschön. man kann stundenlang am Strand entlang laufen und über Felsen zur nächsten nicht klettern. Perfekt für Familien. Wir werden bestimmt nochmal kommen.

Nous avons passé un séjour incroyable chez Véronique. Tout était parfait ! La maison est magnifique, décorée avec goût et parfaitement équipée pour un super week-end entre amies. Elle est idéalement située, à deux pas d’une très belle plage. L’accueil a été exceptionnel : la maison est chaleureuse, le jardin magique, et tout est pensé avec soin pour passer un moment paisible et agréable. Véronique a pris le temps de tout nous expliquer, elle a été très claire et toujours disponible. Un immense merci ! Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Bruno, qui est un hôte très sympathique, il a pu nous guider sur quelques activités à faire à proximité. Le logement est très propre, très spacieux et confortable, la terrasse qui surplombe la mer est magnifique, et l’endroit est très calme !

We loved staying at David’s Place! The location was ideal—just a short walk to the town center with great restaurants and the beautiful Bracciano Castle. Having private parking for our car made things easy, and for those using the train, the station is close by too. The apartment was perfect for us, with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and even water waiting in the fridge. The terrace was a nice spot to relax, and the laundry facilities were a big plus. Each room had air conditioning, which kept us comfortable, and there were plenty of beds for larger groups. The only small downside was the spotty internet, but with so much to see and do, it wasn’t an issue. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and we highly recommend it!

Bonne communication avant et pendant le séjour. Laura est très sympathique. Le logement est dans un lieu calme avec un magnifique jardin. Le jardin est clôturé ce qui est en plus pour nos chiennes. Nous avons apprécié la gentille attention de Laura, son très bon jus de pomme au frigo à notre arrivée. Merci pour tout.

This was an amazing stay. The view is beautiful. We had our own private oasis overlooking the area. It was amazing to watch the sun rise each morning over the water. Salt water pool was very nice. Plenty of chairs by the pool and a giant umbrella if needed. Outdoor shower, grill, and an outdoor sink. You should book this! Thank me later!

Nathalie è attenta e molto disponibile. La villa ha ottimi spazi, sopratutto quelli esterni, ed è fornita di ogni comodità ed elettrodomestici. la prossimità all'ingresso sud della Riserva dello Zingaro e ad una delle cale più suggestive del Golfo (Mazzo di Sciacca) sono un considerevole valore aggiunto. Comodità e privacy garantite!

This is a luxury gem hidden away in a tranquil location. The only minus off season was that most restaurants <30 minutes away were closed (October) otherwise this place is magic, clean, newly refurbished, has all necessary amenities, incredibly private and has excellent hosts and goat farmer neighbors ;)
