The apartment is extremely well located, with supermarket, restaurants, and of course, the Colosseum just around the corner. You can walk to many of Rome’s main attractions with ease. Massimo was a fantastic host, always available, responsive, and very helpful. Highly recommended!

We stayed for 5 night and enjoyed this large, well appointed two story apartment. The place was warm and inviting and was an authentic home to be a unique setting. My family enjoyed the surroundings and there was plenty of restaurants to close from. Be prepared to tackle the 52 steps to the apartment door which my 90 year old mother managed twice a day. Keeps you healthy.

Amazing location! We loved Monti! Close enough to everything but more laid back than other areas. We felt more like locals here. The space was so cozy, had everything we needed.

Great location and Simona was gave excellent recommendations on places to eat and things to do. My college age daughter also found the sofa bed to be comfortable, it was nice that they made it up ahead of time.

We stayed just one night at Aldo’s place, but it was one of the most enjoyable parts of our trip. The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The real highlight, though, was Aldo himself—he was incredibly kind, welcoming, and we truly enjoyed his company. Aldo went above and beyond by providing transportation to and from the airport, as well as to and from Termini station, which made our travel logistics seamless and stress-free. The neighborhood was full of life, with an abundance of great restaurants, shops, and fun things to explore just steps away. It gave us a perfect taste of Rome beyond the usual tourist zones. We only wish we had stayed longer. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a warm, well-located stay in Rome with an exceptional host.

Our stay at Emiliano’s was absolutely fantastic. From the preparation of towels on the bed and slippers post shower, to the cleanliness of the Airbnb. Absolutely nothing was overlooked. Emiliano even went the extra yard by leaving a pamphlet with food and place recommendations near by. To say that our stay exceeded our expectations would be nothing short of an understatement. We will definitely be booking here again. Grazie Emiliano!

Great location. Classic Italian rooftop view. Leaves little to be desired. Beware: - you will have to climb 5 flights of stairs to access the apartment - it is in a very popular and lively area. You can hear everyone down below from the terrace until late in the night/into the morning. Indoors, it is quiet. - the tea kettle is dirty, i wouldn’t drink from it - stovetop is extremely difficult to use (or broken?) - no clothes iron is provided

We had a fantastic stay at this property in Pisa! Elisa was incredibly proactive and communicated everything clearly from start to finish—truly one of the best we’ve experienced. The space itself was beautiful, spotless, and equipped with every amenity we could have asked for. The location was perfect for exploring the city. This was truly one of the most unique and inspiring stays we’ve experienced. Bianca’s warm hospitality and thoughtful communication made us feel right at home. The farmhouse itself was incredibly comfortable—cozy, well-appointed, and full of charm. And the scenery? Absolutely breathtaking. Every view felt like a painting.

Absolute dream of a place to stay in Rome. Walking location to everything we needed and wanted to do. Extremely helpful hosts, ready to help at a moment notice for the tiny questions I had. They set up transportation for us to get to the airport. Everything was absolutely wonderful. Comfortable bed too!

My husband and I adored the tranquility of this stay. Our host Oscar was so proactive, responsive, and helpful. We are so grateful for the kind acts of service Oscar and his team extended towards us. I have Celiac and they took into serious consideration ways to prevent cross contamination and made sure that there were options available for me. Their restaurant was likely the best food that we’ve tasted throughout our stay in Italy! The lobby is filled with its aroma of fresh herbs being cooked. We also adored the little furry friends that would hand around our porch! He had a team of people who would take us to and from the nearest train station and were extremely flexible! The stay is up a mountain so we were so thankful there was someone skilled enough to drive us up and down! Oscar, thank you for everything! We definitely plan to visit again and strongly recommend that anyone stay at your accommodation for peace, tranquility, and amazing food!

Wow what an amazing apartment. The roof top terrace was so great with fantastic views of the beach. Restaurants and bars walkable. Lovely apartment nice and open plan. We loved our stay here, so relaxing.

We had a great stay in Francesca's agriturismo. beautiful place with breath taking views. the place was very clean and tidy and it had all we needed and much more. it was a good base for traveling the area. take a ride on the SP146 - you won't regret it! all in all this place is highly recommended! wish i would visit here again. Toscany is soo beautiful.

We had an amazing time and in no small part to our hosts, they provided some great restaurant recommendations for us and those didn't disappoint. Excellent communication and very quick to come back with any questions we had. It was a short walk to the Colloseum and to the restaurants locally. We would highly recommend this apartment for a stay.

I can't recommend this apartment enough! From the moment I arrived, it felt like home—warm, welcoming, and incredibly comfortable. The location was perfect, making everything easily accessible, and the space was thoughtfully designed with all the amenities you need. The two huge terraces were a dream, offering stunning views and the perfect spot to relax. And the jacuzzi made the stay feel like a true retreat. Communication with the host was seamless—they were responsive, helpful, and made the entire experience effortless. Can’t wait to return!

Benedetta is an incredible host who really goes above and beyond. She knows the area very well and was so helpful in booking excursions for us and answering any questions we had! The property is adorable, small and rustic with a true tuscan feel. It is surrounded by absolutely beautiful scenery, and the outside area for guests was perfectly quiet and private. Her home had everything we needed and more. The bed is so comfy and the home is nicely shaded so it stays cool during the day. Benedetta’s father lives on the property and he was extremely kind and helpful also! We were delighted to see and play with his dogs who were very sweet and gentle 🥰 This was a lovely stay if you are a couple who wants a cozy, simple hideaway in the tuscan hills and you have a car. We spent the mornings laying in the yard and dipping in the shallow pool, and toured the surrounding areas in the evening. Just what we wanted for our stay in tuscany.

We had a wonderful time at Anna’s villa. The place is beautifully located within an easy walk to the tram station. The villa is absolutely stunning and full of history which Anna was more than happy to talk about. Anna is a wonderful host, always ready to share tips and recommendations. She made us feel right at home. We wouldn’t hesitate to come back at any time! :)

Rémi est très réactif, très aimable, précis dans ses descriptions, préconisations, et plein d’attentions délicates. Appartement, dans un immeuble surplombant CAP d’AIL centre, très agréable à vivre, très fonctionnel, une terrasse spacieuse et une vue superbe et imprenable sur la Méditerranée !!! Können wir absolut empfehlen ! Ist alles so wie im Text beschrieben und auf den Foto´s zu sehen. Liegt ca 2 km außerhalb vom total schnuckeligen Örtchen Casole de Elsa. Von Andrea + Barbara gab´s alle nötigen Infos zur Anreise und viele tolle Tipps vor Ort, immer mit den dazugehörigen Links. Zum Beispiel verzögerte sich unsere Anreise verkehrsbedingt auf ca. 22:15 Uhr. War kein Problem, wir standen in Kontakt und als wir ankamen, hat uns Andrea persönlich in Empfang genommen. Und wenn wir während unseres Aufenthaltes eine Frage hatten, kam immer sehr zügig eine Antwort. (Wo man in Siena am Besten parken kann, wie gelangt man am Besten nach Florenz, ...)

A little paradise in Tuscany with the most breathtaking view. We spend alot of the days at the house, swimming in the pool, cooking and generally feeling at home! They surprised us with fresh cherries 🍒 a few times and were happy to explain the beautiful routes you can walk around. We will def be back! ❤️
