We spent two unforgettable weeks at Fattoria di Peruzzo, truly a hidden gem in Tuscany. From the moment we arrived, we were surrounded by stunning scenery: olive trees stretching to the horizon and breathtaking views right from our apartment. The place exudes beauty, peace, and a feeling of being deeply connected to the Tuscan landscape. Our daughter loved the chance to interact with animals, especially the wild boars, geese, and deer that roamed freely around the area. Being so close to nature brought a unique magic to our stay. Giulia and her mother were incredibly warm and welcoming – we felt like we were visiting family. Their kindness and authentic hospitality made us feel at home instantly. One of the highlights was the local wine; it was so delicious that we brought a few bottles back to Poland to savor the memories at home. The taste of the wine and memories of Tuscany will stay with us, as well as our gratitude for each precious moment. We highly recommend Fattoria di Peruzzo.

An absolute dream! Wow - what a place. Stunning views and a beautiful house and garden - the best Airbnb I’ve ever been to. Massimo and his family are lovely and super helpful. His son Jacopo was really helpful explaining the property and they were always on hand with any questions - they recommended local restaurants and even booked wine tasting for us. If I could give it more stars I would!

L’appartement de Rita est très bien situé dans la campagne tranquille près de la ville d’Aruzzo. L’environnement est soigné et Rita nous fais sentir bien accueillis et bienvenue dans sa jolie famille avec son mari Aliguero et sa fille Sonaly. La petite grange que nous avons occupé est totalement rénovée au goût du jour et équipée avec des des appareils de qualité. Notre séjour était mémorable et nous recommandons cet endroit sans hésiter. The home was great - exactly as advertised. As for John and Christine, they were delightful, knowledgeable, and engaging. They went out of their way to accommodate our needs and offer valuable, local's insights. Warm and friendly, they made us feel right at home. We would recommend their home to anyone traveling to Greve or Panzano.

Cristina’s villa was the perfect Tuscan escape for our family. There is much to love…the sweet pigs, the village dogs, the breathtaking views, the peaceful and quiet evenings and mornings, delicious food and beer produced on the farm, AND the most lovely and kind family/hosts. I could honestly go on and on about how much we loved this villa and location. 5 stars all the way! We had our 6 yr old daughter with us and she says it was her favorite place she has stayed on a holiday because of the pigs, ping pong table, swing, and because she had so much fun with the host family children and other guests whom stayed in the other available villas. Also, the big dinner hosted on the last night of our stay was the highlight of our trip! (Tip: make sure to buy some of their products made on the farm….so delicious!)

Our stay at Giovanni’s beautiful property was one of the major highlights of our trip to Italy! The location was absolutely stunning and had so many amenities and different spots for breathtaking views of the Tuscan hills. Giovanni was a phenomenal host and made us feel extremely comfortable with a personal tasting of the wine and olive oil that they make on site when we first arrived. The apartment itself was perfectly sized for 2 people and was in a great location close to other smaller villages for restaurants, shops, and grocery stores. I can’t think of a better place to stay for anyone looking to relax and unwind in the Chianti area!

This was hands down one of the most beautiful and welcoming Airbnb experiences we’ve ever had! From the moment we arrived, we felt so well taken care of, Marian and her team were always available with great recommendations for wineries and city trips, making our stay even more special. Luca’s incredible dinners were not only delicious but also a wonderful way to experience true Tuscan food and traditions. The charming studio was perfectly equipped and offered stunning views over the Tuscan fields. Thanks for making our stay truly unforgettable - we will definitely be back!

We visited with a group of four adults and a 15 month old and had the best stay at this farmhouse! The home is decorated in the typical Tuscan style and is so beautiful. There were four spacious bedrooms, all with their own bathrooms which gave our group lots of space and privacy. The living room and kitchen were perfect gathering spaces filled with natural light. We cooked a few meals while we were there and the kitchen was fully equipped with what we needed. The best part of this home was the surrounding views of the Siena hills! We spent every day walking around and admiring the extraordinary views here. As a bonus, there was a hot tub! The perfect end to a day spent walking around the hill towns of Tuscany. The owners of the property were there whenever we needed them and were very gracious and friendly hosts. We really enjoyed all aspects of this house and would definitely return!

Staying at Bianca's farm was a wonderful experience, our favorite in Italy! The apartment was very clean and comfortable and the views can't be beat. One can walk the property and see a variety of wildlife and views of neighboring estates and castles. Bianca was very friendly and was a good resource for our travels in Tuscany. We also got to try her olive oil and wine, which were both excellent. I highly recommend staying if given the opportunity!

It was one of the most beautiful places we’ve stayed. The house is private, very cozy, and has everything you need. The location is perfect for exploring Umbria. Gabriele gave us a lot of recommendations for restaurants around the place, and those we visited were amazing. We would love to come back one day!

We had a fantastic stay here! It is a charming little Tuscan farm house and they even gifted us a bottle of some great local Chianti red wine as a gift. The hosts do not speak English but that was not an issue for us as one of the other co-hosts was able to message us in English which we only really needed for check-in communications. We had a great time and would recommend this place to anyone staying in this area!

Tommaso's place is beautiful! The scenery is breathtaking, and we enjoyed the Finnish baths and sauna. The apartment has plenty of personal touches that truly make it feel like home. Tommaso provided very clear instructions for finding the place, which we appreciated. We also took a tour of the working farm with him and it was a ton of fun! Highly recommend staying here and doing some of the many experiences offered.

Nous avons passé un weekend de rêve en famille, dans un cadre idyllique et une vue à couper le souffle. Un petit coin de paradis géré à merveille par Monique. Nous avons eu beaucoup de chance avec le temps, ballades autour de la maison, couchers de soleil incroyables, jacuzzi remis en route exceptionnellement par Monique pour nous lors de la dernière location de l'année, nous avons même goûté de la pâte de coing faite maison. Nous vous recommandons vivement de venir passer vos longs weekends et vacances dans ce havre de paix, Monique sera toujours là aux petits soins pour vous. Merci pour cette parenthèse de détente a la campagne Monique et à bientôt.

Beautiful, spacious villa in an excellent location. The pool was a nice perk! Was also nice having a half-bathroom on the first floor. The kitchen is well stocked with appliances and pots/pans, but you'll have to bring your own olive oil and other food staples if you want to cook. The main bathroom was lovely and the step-in shower was great -- just be careful in the bathtub, it's slippery!

This was a wonderful villa. We spent three nights there and it was lovely. Giulia is a great host - very responsive, friendly & provided us with lot’s of useful information. We will be back !!! Thanks Giulia !

Vi fant dette sent en kveld og det var heldigvis noen åpne plasser. Alessandro svarte oss veldig kjapt på henvendelser. Når vi kom ditt ble vi imponert, det så nøyaktig ut som bilder og var veldig vakkert. Det var veldig hyggelig og fredelig der. De som var der var meget gjestmilde og behjelpelig med alt av forespørsler. Det er noe avsted til ting rundt men det anbefales veldig om man vil koble av og slappe av. Jeg vil anbefale på det varmeste.

We absolutely loved staying here! Walkable restaurants that were amazing and such amazing views. It's a short drive to Florence and very worth it. Highly recommend staying here!

Donata et son mari nous ont accueilli chaleureusement, Donata est très disponible et explique tout ce que l’on peut faire à proximité (parcs, aquarium, monuments) le paysage est magnifique, l’environnement est extrêmement calme, très bel endroit où se ressourcer en famille, plein de jeux de société pour les enfants de tout âge et plein de livres, aussi les jeux extérieurs cabane et toboggan parfait pour les enfants, la piscine est extra (eau salée, chaude et à niveaux) avec le panorama sur Sogliano el Rubicone, logement fonctionnel extrêmement propre avec tout le nécessaire, les salles de bains sont parfaites et bien équipées avec des produits écologiques, nous avons passé un super séjour, merci à Donata et son mari pour l’accueil et leur gentillesse nous recommandons ce b&b parfait pour une famille
