great location between piazza del popolo and piazza di espagna on a quiet street for easy walking access to everything. love the terrace access and having a quiet corner amid the hectic historic center. and near express grocery stores for items for a little bit of casual relaxing between restaurants and site seeing...

Great spot in Florence. Very spacious, even more so than the pictures indicate, and the terrace views were incredible. Also a very easy walkable location to everything you want to see! I would stay here again!

We loved staying here. We have 2 very young children and were able to walk to all the main attractions, dinners abd gelato. Ginevra’s place was clean and tidy, and she left great instructions and tips for where to eat. We can’t wait to come back!

Stayed here for 2 nights and it was perfect. The atmosphere in the neighborhood was worth the money alone. It’s a short walk away from all of the usual tourist attractions of Rome, but it feels like a separate city on its own, in a good way! The neighbors were all friendly and Floriana was more than accommodating and responsive when needed. The space is great and gives you that authentic Italian feel. Would highly recommend to friends and family to stay here while in Roma!

We had a great stay at Villa Settefrati. A great holiday house with all that you need. Pino and Rita have been very welcoming hosts. Nothing beats the view. The house has a spacious terrace and large, well maintained pool. We can highly recommend staying at Villa Settefrati for your trip to Cefalu.

Very charming and large renovated apartment with high ceilings and large French doors opening on to Juliet balconies just steps from via Maqueda and Vucciria. Big, fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms and very comfortable bed. Perfect spot for a stay in Palermo. The place was very clean and had everything we needed. Highly recommended.

My friends and I had the most amazing stay, thanks to our incredible host! From the moment we arrived, he was extremely sweet and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. He set up rides for us and was always quick to respond to any questions we had, making communication a breeze. The Airbnb itself was absolutely stunning — the pictures truly don’t do it justice. It’s like something out of a dream! Every corner of the space had a special charm that made our stay feel magical and unforgettable. One of the highlights of our trip was the morning we were checking out. Our host stopped by and made us all delicious cappuccinos, and we sat together in the kitchen chatting like old friends. It was such a warm and personal touch that really made our stay memorable. The hospitality and the beautiful atmosphere were truly unmatched, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Amazing villa, don’t hesitate to book it! It is a luxury property with lots of modern features, in the perfect location, peaceful and quiet with stunning countryside views but only 20 mins walk to Florence city. Karin the host is very helpful and friendly and she has thought of everything to make it a special stay for guests. 100% recommend and would love to visit again!

This 500 year old house is ideally situated in Tuscany and the Chianti region. It is a perfect place for day trips to other towns, for wine, tasting excursions, and for visiting Florence. The idyllic setting gives you a sense of country life in Italy, and the views from the patio and house are stunning. There are spectacular wineries within 5 to 10 minutes of the house. We found the house very comfortable and enjoyed our stay very very much. Rose and Pier couldn’t have been more helpful in planning our stay and excursions. We found through them fabulous restaurants, and wineries that we would not have discovered on our own. They were also incredibly responsive when we had questions. Our only confusion about the house was that the listing showed three bathrooms, but one was in the laundry room in a separate building . Just something to know. Thank you to Rose for a lovely vacation ! It was the perfect place to explore Tuscany from!

Our stay here was awesome. We were able to drop our luggage off at the apartment before check-in, and the location is great. 10 min walk from the train station, 10 min walk to Mercato Centrale. Plus, the hosts are lovely. I can see why the reviews for this place were so high. Definitely recommend staying here if you're coming to Florence.

This place was one of the best Airbnb’s we have ever stayed at. The place was everything and way way more. The housekeeper was fantastic and she would come everyday to stock up coffee, make the beds and just daily cleaning. Antonino was amazing with responding if we had any questions. We are already are planning our next trip to stay here.

We loved staying here! The setting is breathtaking and the place is beautiful. Our hosts were very welcoming and helpful! Waking up to the view of the vineyards was very special! We were comfortable and relaxed in this spacious accommodation.

Very nice flat, fully matching the description and pictures, with a nice sea view. It was spotlessly clean on arrival. Estelle was very responsive to all our enquiries and we were warmly welcome by Jean-Luc. Everything was perfect.

We had a fantastic New Year's Eve in this beautiful mountain apartment! The location is ideal, just a short walk from the ski slopes and the Zeta Chalet. The house is large, cozy and always well heated, ideal for relaxing after a day in the snow. Everything was impeccably clean, and the newly renovated interiors give a modern and comfortable touch. We immediately felt at home and appreciated every detail. Experience to repeat: we will definitely be back!

12/10 would stay here again. Fabio was a great host who communicated swiftly at every step. He gave us a late checkout which was greatly apricated. The place was truly magical. Smack dab in the heart of Trastevere. One step outside and you have bars, restaurants and gelato. The Place was clean, and we felt right at home. The two patios were amazing to sit out on and plan your day or to end a night with some drinks. Sometimes you feel like you get screwed over by good pictures but not this time. I felt like I was undersold on what we would experience from Fabios place, and it blew our expectation out of the water. If you are looking in Trastevere book Fabios place!

It really was just as beautiful and romantic as the pictures. The view from the balcony was phenomenal, apartment smelled and felt so clean the whole stay. The apartment had pretty much everything you could need in it. The owners were so proactive keeping in touch with different recommendations and letting us know beforehand what’s happening in the city as different protests took place + a big conference started mid stay. We felt taken care of. It was an amazing place to stay at, would definitely visit again!

Here’s review: We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Rome. The apartment was located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, which was a lovely escape from the busy city center. It was walking distance to all of the major tourist sights like trevi fountain and pantheon. It was about a 20/30 min taxi to Vatican. The space had everything we needed. The host was incredibly kind and helpful, always quick to respond and ready with great recommendations. Overall, it was a great experience and we’d definitely recommend.

Fantastic apartment and location - despite being so centrally located ( main squares, shops, restaurants and beach) it was very quiet . Great stay !

Check-in was a breeze, with a team member already there to welcome us and help us settle in, which made arriving in a new city feel easy and stress-free. Noelle was incredibly responsive throughout our stay and offered great local recommendations that helped us make the most of our visit. Her instructions were clear and thoughtful—for example, while we couldn’t store our luggage at the apartment after check-out, she pointed us to nearby luggage storage options which worked out perfectly. Angela and Alessandro’s apartment was perfect for us. Spacious, extremely clean, had everything we could possibly need including a comfortable bed. The location allowed us to be in a more authentic Naples but we could still walk to the Spanish Quarter and Centro Storico easily. If you prefer you can also take the Metro. Great pizza and cafe across the road. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this apartment to anyone wanting to stay in the real Naples.
