Aparthotel vacation rentals in Tyrrhenian Sea

GUS is a very nice apartment hotel. Great suites, comfortable beds, excellent service and communication. It would have been nice with a better entertainment offer (e.g. a wider selection of channels, Netflix, pay-per-view) since the suite had a big screen TV and a smaller TV in the bedroom. The only "negative" is the location (if you want to be in the historical center, that is) but that's reflected in the price. On the other hand, the location makes it super easy to head to the beach (as the trains for Lido di Ostia is just a short walk from the apartment hotel).

Good location, good value for money, all sights within walking distance, everything clean

very good accommodation, clean, comfortable bedding. The home is in a very nice, chic and dynamic neighborhood with many restaurants, cafes and ice cream shops nearby. With our 5-year-old child we were able to walk to the Vatican (10 min) and to the Trevi Fountain and the center of Rome. The walk is pleasant and makes us admire Rome. There is also the metro station a 5-min walk away that offers easy access to all tourist sites. Only negative point, very poorly soundproofed room, you can hear the TV from the next room or the neighbors talking very easily. I highly recommend this accommodation in a great location and very comfortable.

Nicola, the owner, was immediately very helpful and responsive in providing useful information. The accommodation is unique, offers plenty of space (both indoor and outdoor), spacious rooms and each equipped with a bathroom. Presence of goodies such as barbecue, billiards, foosball and beer pinter! Highly recommended!!!

Perfect place to stay in Nice, close to everything and the room was great!

A pleasant and friendly lady with her dog. A quiet place and well decored apartment for a nice journey in Florence. It was worth the money, we did not face any trouble in our vacation time. I would recommend the apartment for a lonely traveler, a couple or any person looking for peace of mind and to be close to the historical center of Florence.

Good location super close to Vatican City and a short walk to main attractions in the city center. Small grocery store nearby and plenty of restaurants. Clean and spacious apartment, and good air conditioning! Loredana was kind and quick to answer our questions. We had an overall wonderful stay🙂
