Lovely home for a quiet and relaxing stay. The view is stunning, the furniture carefully picked and the space beautifully utilized. The little private cinema, the breakfast corner, the trivial pursuit, the gorgeous bathroom view: everything was perfect. Thank you for having us, we will no doubt be back!

Great villa that is very well maintained with lots of room and great facilities. Villa was very clean when we arrived and the equipment in the villa is of a high standard. Plenty of room for everyone and the fact that every bedroom had its own bathroom and air-conditioning was a real bonus. Outside space is very well maintained and the pool is very nice and was much appreciated during the hot weather. The villa location is very quiet and peaceful. The local town has a few small shops and restaurants but a car is essential because of the location (which was clear from the description) to get to bigger supermarkets or visit the likely attractions. Host was very helpful and responsive. Would definitely recommend this villa to anyone wanting a peaceful break!

Great stay in beautiful house in beautiful house.

A wonderful stay and a very good welcome. Gianlucca, Marco's son, was very attentive when we arrived. The location is ideal for getting to Florence or Siena by train. Marco was very responsive and had excellent advice for restaurants. The bedding was perfect and our stay was all the more pleasant. The city of Empoli is peaceful with lots of nice places to go out. Breakfast on the terrace in the morning was welcome. A great week for a memorable family trip. Thanks Marco and Gianlucca!!!

Very good stay. The house is very nice and the views are beautiful. From the house, we were able to visit Pisa, Siena and Volterra, three magical cities. We were blown away for a whole week.

Elio place was exactly what we needed, relaxing poolside with a cocktail in hand. the he Airbnb/hotel was clean, had everything we needed for a one night stay. would definitely be recommend Elio's place

We had a lovely time in Laurie's place. The house is stylish, modern and well furnished with comfortable beds, good linnen and lovely bathrooms. The house remains cool even when it's hot outside and we welcomed the insect screens which kept the bugs at bay. Laurie was very communicative and helpful via text since she was not in town at the time of our visit. The area is very peaceful and there are lovely views of the countryside from the house. Radicofani is a tiny little town, sweet and picturesque for a day visit with stunning views from the castle on the hill. The towns in the vicinity are all 40 mins to an hour away due to the winding roads so be prepared to do quite a bit of driving if you are planning on exploring the area. Overall we had a good time and we able to relax and slow down in these quiet little towns after the rush rush rush of city life.

The most wonderful stay! Valentina was welcoming and friendly. She kindly allowed us to store our luggage at the flat after check out while we continued to explore the city on our last day. The apartment itself is beautiful and it is situated conveniently a walkable distance from everywhere we were wanting to visit (whilst away from the busy piazzas so you can still have a peaceful night's rest). We would highly recommend others to stay here. We had the best time in Florence. Thank you!

Lovely flat very good place you can walk to the beach easily

The accommodation is very well located between Croix-Valmer and Gassin. The apartment we rented was very clean, tastefully furnished and perfectly equipped! The outside and pool are very nice. We only had one tenant neighbor so no inconvenience caused by the proximity of the accommodations. The only downside (because there always has to be one) is that the background noise from the nearby highway is very present in the garden. Not at all in the accommodation, windows closed. The disadvantage of being so well located. Clara and Yves welcomed us very warmly and the fact of being next to their flower and greengrocer's as well as the animals has a magical side. We enjoyed it! We even had a beautiful basket filled with their good products on arrival! It was so good that we bought a whole crate! (Ridiculous price) Thank you so much for this stay and for continuing to accept animals. NB: a sign can be added at the entrance to the parking lot

Giuseppe’s place was perfect. We were traveling through Italy and stayed the night here. We booked late and checked in late and they were very accommodating even though it was after hours. Our gps took us to the back entrance but the instructions provided were able to help us find the right entrance on the other side. The room had a bathroom and living area/kitchen which was a good size and everything was clean. Host was very communicative and helpful. Would absolutely stay here again.

Location, location, location! Literally across the street from the beach and surrounded by restaurants and shops. Very very walkable and easy to get I er to farther off destinations like Grasse (where we made custom perfume). I can't say enough about how good they were about responding to coordinate check-in and answering questions. Bed was just okay (fold down Murphy bed with an ok mattress that has a hump running head to toe dividing each side of the bed). We are 60 and spoiled with an excellent mattress at home so this might now be an issue for others!

Our family had the most wonderful time staying at Il Poderaccio. From the moment we arrived, we were completely charmed by the cozy house and its breathtaking surroundings. The house itself was perfect for us, spacious, super clean and perfectly equipped for a comfortable family getaway. One of the highlights for us was the delightful company of the friendly dogs and the horses on the property. Our daughters were thrilled to interact with them, and it added an authentic and heartwarming touch to our experience. The peaceful atmosphere, combined with the hospitality of Lisa, made this stay exceptional. We left feeling refreshed, inspired, and already thinking that we will be very happy to visit again. My family and I had an amazing stay at Ghislaines home. The place was spotless and located in a fantastic area, making it easy to explore everything Cannes has to offer. The terrace was a real highlight, providing a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the views. The host was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed. Plus, the air conditioning worked perfectly, which was a huge relief during the warm summer days. Highly recommend!

Spacious apartment, well located.

Of the various homes Arezzo had to offer during our proposed dates, upon seeing the photos of Giancarlo’s place, my mother and I were immediately convinced. The photos truly do not do the physical home justice, it is beautiful and spacious & located centrally walkable to all of the wonderful spots Arezzo has to offer — from the station, to the main squares, to the lovely restaurants. The check-in process was very thoughtful and Giancarlo made us feel so much at home in his traditional abode. Be sure to ask him about local recommendations! We will surely be back if our path leads us to Arezzo again. Thank you!

The beach and promenade is wonderful with a few nice beach bars. We rented two e-bikes at Alfa Bikes for a few days. One day we took them on the train to Imperia and cycled back to Sanremo on the ‘pistacliclabile’ that has been made on the old railway track. It was really fantastic!

The apartment has a description and photographs: spacious, clean and tidy. Amenities listed: nothing was missing and we had a very good time! Perfect location close to the subway and nearby bars and supermarkets. For those who want to walk about 20 minutes, also convenient to the Vatican. Host present and helpful. Highly recommended!

We were two couples in this home for six. Apartment in very quiet gated community, great location and very clean. Very good responsiveness from Sophie and Fanny who welcomed us. Ideal site to travel from the Giens peninsula to St Tropez and the Maures mountains.
