This memorable place is anything but ordinary. Stay in the Carriage House to enjoy the garden and relax in the spacious interior whether for work, a romantic break or R&R. This stone barn was renovated in 2012 by the owners, retaining the character of the original building, whilst installing underfloor heating, an air source heat pump, a fabulous kitchen, oak windows, doors and staircase and a beautiful bedroom. The location is rural and secluded in a small village close to Milton Keynes.

We ensure our guests have some fresh groceries upon arrival., including tea, coffee, milk, cereal, bread, etc for a simple breakfast.

Located in the pretty market town of Olney, home of the song “Amazing Grace”. Phone box 16 is a unique and stylish studio. The bedroom is usually a superking size bed but it could be made up as 2 single beds. Please let us know if you would like 2 single beds.
