The villa is 160 sqm and has three bedrooms, a living room and two bathrooms with a large natural plot and a walk down to the sea where there is a swimming area and a jetty. At the jetty, there is the dock your own boat. Down by the water, there is also a sauna that you are welcome to rent. The house is close to Stockholm by car, Tyresö Castle is within walking distance and by boat you can quickly get to Saltsjöbaden and Dalarö. Feel free to ask any questions

Suitable for events, corporate events or hanging out with friends :-) Everyone who will be in the house must be included in the booking, there is no price difference whether you stay overnight or not. A wonderful simple house, 40 sqm, facing south directly by the sea. The private simple natural beach is very suitable for children. A small kitchen with necessary facilities as dishwasher, stove, fridge, freezer and microwave. Bathroom with WC, shower. Outside do you also have access to a bbq grill and a rowing boat. There is no door to the sleeping areas, but they are separated. You can get here easily by car or by the public bus. Sheets / towels (250SEK/p) and cleaning (900SEK) can be rented.
