I Älta bor du med cykelavstånd till badsjöar, grillplatser och naturreservatet Erstavik. Kommunikationerna är mycket goda med flera busslinjer till Slussen och Gullmarsplan.

Built in 1968 and surrounded by the ocean, forest, nature and good neighbors. The decor is calm, light gray with wood design furniture. In the garage that is connected to the main building there are some gym things and a washing machine . At the front of the house is a large terrace and with the possibility for barbecue, furniture and hammock. The house has 2 double beds. On the hill there is a wood-burning sauna. Dogs are welcome and there is a fence all way around so they can run free.
