Come and stay in our cozy pool house in scenic Älta, Nacka! Separate house of 25 sqm located on our property. The house has a bedroom with 2 beds, bathroom, wood-fired sauna and kitchen/kitchenette + small living room in one. Swimming in the pool according to the island. But it is also close to several swimming lakes, one of which is 100 meters from the house (sandy beach & docks). Modern house in the middle of nature

Guest house of 30 square meters in high position in the middle of the peninsula with walking distance to lovely baths in both the sea and the lake. On the peninsula there are several nature reserves where forest and dramatic rock formations offer beautiful viewpoints and hiking. The nature and silence makes this a very relaxing place. Stockholm is reached in 30 minutes by car, by bus in 60 min. At the front there is a deck and garden that provides privacy to the main building. At the back there is a newly built terrace overlooking the forest.

The villa is 160 sqm and has three bedrooms, a living room and two bathrooms with a large natural plot and a walk down to the sea where there is a swimming area and a jetty. Our house is situated in a very nice and green neighborhood. Just 25 minutes to Stockholm City by public transport! It is also close to both the lake, nature and the archipelago. Just a few minutes walk from the house there is a park with playground, soccer field and nice walking areas. It is a newly renovated house with a modern standard. Outside the house there is a porch with the opportunity to sunbathe and have dinner. If you want to arrive without car, the house is close to the busstop.

Välkommen till vårt charmiga fristående hus med bastu. Gångavstånd till både hav och sjö. Huset byggdes 2018 och är fördelat på två våningar med gedigen golvvärme. Huset har ett modernt, fräscht kök som är fullt utrustat. Huset är möblerat med ett matbord och stolar, utemöbler, en dubbelsäng, en bäddsoffa samt en 43-tums TV. Huset erbjuder gratis parkering (flera platser finns). Gräsmattan nedanför huset kan också nyttjas av gäster. Buss som går i närheten tar dig smidigt in till Gullmarsplan.

Next to the sea, there is a newly built charming house designed by an architect, with own access to a new sauna house! The house is located on Smådalarö in the Stockholm archipelago! The house has a southwest location. This means that you will have direct sunlight for most of the day and evening in the summer. Enjoy the sea view while you eat breakfast, lunch or dinner. Just a few steps away from taking a dip in the sea! The house also has a fireplace with large windows facing the water!

Dalarö, Stockholm Archipelago. Calm and beautiful.

Built in 1968 and surrounded by the ocean, forest, nature and good neighbors. The decor is calm, light gray with wood design furniture. In the garage that is connected to the main building there are some gym things and a washing machine . At the front of the house is a large terrace and with the possibility for barbecue, furniture and hammock. The house has 2 double beds. On the hill there is a wood-burning sauna. Dogs are welcome and there is a fence all way around so they can run free.

Huset är modernt inrett, med ljusa färger & stora skjutbara glaspartier som öppnar upp vardagsrummet mot loungegruppen på den 40m2 stora altanen. Altanen ligger i bästa läge med sol under eftermiddagen och kvällen. På några minuters promenadavstånd ligger Albysjön & närmaste sandstrand. Villaområdet som huset ligger i ligger på en halvudde - väldigt naturskönt och gränsar till naturreservat. Så boendet är perfekt för den som söker en avkopplande vistelse med naturen som granne.
