Very cozy place. i enjoyed my stay. Only issue was bell going off at church at 11pm not sure if that's every night or just due to the fact it was Christmas Eve, I would still be back. The bedroom upstairs was so relaxing. I felt safe and comfy. I will come back in the summer when I can get out and enjoy the weather. see you again!

We had an incredible stay at this spacious riverfront house! The highlight was definitely the breathtaking waterfall right on the property—it felt like something out of a movie. The house itself had plenty of room for everyone to relax and unwind, and the sports barn setup was a huge hit with my family. Seeing the old mill on-site was also a unique and memorable touch. This place truly offers a perfect mix of natural beauty, history, and comfort. Highly recommend!

Beautiful home, tall ceiling’s, even nicer than the pictures! Clean, gorgeous and comfy decor, cozy gas fireplace, excellent location walking distance to downtown, waterfront, many restaurants and Queens campus. Fully equipped kitchen and bathrooms. Everything you could possibly need and more. Cannot wait to stay here again!

Jay was a great host. Since I was a new profile, we went through a vetting process, including sharing my LinkedIn profile, but after that, everything went smoothly. The property is beautiful, with a lot of personality, especially when you look down into the kitchen from the main family room. The kitchen is well-equipped with utensils, cutlery, cookware, and spices for meals, and has a fantastic stove. Some dials were finicky, and the middle grill burner wasn’t working, but we still made it work. The hot tub was perfect for the cold weather, and we appreciated the pool towels provided. We also enjoyed the Christmas decorations upon arrival. Overall, we loved our stay—the place had so much charm. On a final note, we’d definitely visit again. If the mattresses were replaced with higher-quality ones, something more comfortable, it would elevate the experience.

The cottage was largely as advertised: comfortable and clean, quiet and private, and within easy walking distance of downtown, the university, and the waterfront. It was well stocked with towels, bedding, kitchen equipment, and other basics. We especially appreciated the comfortable beds, decent-sized bedrooms, and modern upstairs bathroom. Overall, it's a cosy place, rather than a luxurious one, and that suited us just fine. We'd certainly book it again without hesitation. One suggestion: it would be good to note in the description and photos that the staircase to the second floor is steep, narrow, and has a sharp angle at the top. This is something that visitors with small children and those with even slight balance or mobility problems should be aware of, especially since the only full bathroom is on the second floor.

What a find! This is the perfect getaway from city living. The A-frame offers a modern, cozy vibe out in the countryside. The instructions are clear to find the location and the house is exactly as listed. The house is about 25 mins from the closest city making it a great isolated adventure (but not too lonely haha). Don’t miss out!

Jo’s place was quiet and in a great location for visiting Picton Ontario. Walking distance to the downtown and all the great restaurants. Jo was a great host !!!! We left something of value behind, and she notified us within hours of our departure. She was very accommodating with helping in the return of our item. Can’t say enough good things about Jo. We will definitely be returning.

Our second time staying in this beautiful farmhouse and it is truly such a special place! Perfectly located near so many of the best wineries, it’s an awesome place to enjoy a weekend in the County with a group. The decor and amenities make it so you never want to leave. We enjoyed using the wood fire sauna, cooking big family meals in the gorgeous kitchen, and sitting outside enjoying the beautiful surroundings. The hosts are so friendly, responsive, caring and accommodating. Remember, this is their home which they rent when they are gone - be prepared to treat it with respect and expect to clean up after yourself. If you’re okay with that, you’ll love this place and I can’t recommend it enough!

Sarah Jane and Jan's place was inviting with beautiful views of the Kingston waterfront. It is close to downtown and Queen's University. An ideal location to explore the heart of Kingston. I look forward to returning the next time I am through Kingston.

Maggie is kind and helpful - also very responsive. Her home is beautiful and clean. I would recommend to anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay.

We had an amazing girls weekend at this amazing apartment! The two-bedroom setup was perfect for our group, with plenty of space to relax and feel right at home. The hot tub was such a treat after a day of exploring—definitely a highlight! The location is ideal: close to everything, super walkable, and easy to get around the village. The apartment itself was stylish, cozy, and really well stocked with everything we needed. We couldn’t have picked a better spot. Highly recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sol & Sid’s apartment! Sol & Sid were responsive, helpful and incredibly friendly hosts. The amenities of the apartment were very comfortable, and the location couldn’t be beat. It was lovely to look out at market square each morning and evening. We would be happy to stay here again!

This is a fantastic place. Saskia and Maarten are very nice. They sent us very clear instructions and recommandations. They also responded quickly to our questions. Everything in the airbnb is thought for you to enjoy and make your life easy. They are very helpful. They also provided an extension for us to plug our electric car. The place is very well located, close to Wellington and the Sandbanks. It is beautiful, next to the lake with a great view. They have lots of space and provide paddle boards, kayaks and canoes with direct access to the lake. It is comfortable and clean. Thank you!

Highly recommend Gordana beyond friendly and the place was very homey and roomy. Just as pictured in the photos, if you need anything response time is beyond fast. Highly recommend

could not speak more highly of this listing. the place looked better than the photos, especially the fabulous bathroom. hosts responded within minutes to my messages. impressively - they went above and beyond with stocking the place (there was milk and eggs in the fridge, chocolates left for us, a variety of dinner / cookware, spices, etc). have not seen many airbnbs do that in a while (most provide the bare minimum). location is easily walkable to the main street. we will be returning when we are in next in kingston. thank you andrew and karolina!

We had a wonderful time at Caroline's AirBnB! The grounds were beautiful and the home was stunning. Caroline was very responsive and easy to communicate with (the staff gave us a tour of the property, set up a fire and gave us town recommendations). I would highly recommend this property and would definitely return!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful cottage! The place is spotless, tastefully decorated, and very well equipped with everything you could possibly need. The layout is perfect for two couples, with two comfortable bedrooms and two modern bathrooms — offering both privacy and plenty of shared space to relax together. The kitchen had all the essentials, and we loved spending our evenings in the cozy living area. The surroundings are peaceful and made for a perfect getaway. Highly recommend, and we’d definitely love to come back!

An exceptional historic mansion which has been restored with great attention to detail. This home and the people who cared for us made our 25th anniversary so memorable. Incredible breakfasts and work behind the scenes by Karen in particular to help with reservations and other details made our stay an absolute highlight of our time in PEC. Five stars by every measure.

We had an unforgettable experience during our stay and look forward to returning next year. The island was beautiful, the many different houses accommodated our large group and each family of the 5 that went had their own space to unwind. The kitchen was beautiful and made meal prep and cooking so easy. The kida had lots to do with basketball, board games, mini pool tables, hot tub and the highlight was definitely the swimming. The water was great, warm and clear at any given time during the day and the kids had so much fun jumping off the docks, using the paddle boats and the canoes. We all had such a great time and are so thankful to Marla and Sherri-an employee who helped us when we checked in and checked out- Sherri was a great help, kind, friendly, hospitable and even recommended a different cottage with less steps for next year that I will definitely look into because it was a beautiful experience. Don't think twice about booking your stay here my family and I loved it!

David and Mimi’s place was gorgeous and had everything we needed for our stay. Great for families and kids. We enjoyed canoeing and kayaking on the private lake. They were very communicative and responsive, generous and thoughtful. We definitely recommend this place!

My friend and I stayed for a night… the house was great and in a quiet neighborhood.. felt right at home.. the room was quite spacious and the bathroom was clean and neat..we had a peaceful night stay!! Carlos was very friendly..

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The house was incredibly well-equipped with everything we needed, and it pleasantly surprised us by being even more spacious than it appeared in the photos. Its ideal location near restaurants, cafes, shops, and Wellington Beach made our experience even better. Additionally, the short drive to beautiful wineries and beaches was a huge plus. Brent, our host, was exceptionally friendly and responsive, which made our stay even more enjoyable. I'm already looking forward to visiting again in the future!

Kim's home was the perfect winter getaway. Very spacious and warm, and close to the lake and great trails for hiking and snowshoeing. Only tip is if you plan on doing any cooking, there's no oil, salt, pepper, etc so come prepared!
