Unit is attached to the main house but it's very private and feels like a cabin Hang out in the cozy room, in the private glen by the creek or go explore Henry Cowell Redwoods state park, Felton restaurants & tourist train. 20 min drive to ocean & Santa Cruz. Wylder Ranch state Park is pretty close too. A good Hub for exploring Monterey, Big Sur. San Francisco is close enough for a day trip.

Our bright, airy and cozy one bedroom cottage on the eastside of Santa Cruz is only one mile from excellent beaches. Fully furnished, full kitchen and full bathroom with a private entrance and access to our yummy (summer) garden. We also have three young chickens who provide peaceful entertainment from the comfort of your couch. In the winter the garden is not as prolific as the pictures depict. But it is still a peaceful little retreat.
