Amazing cottage! unique and thoughtful! loved it!

I had a wonderful stay at this charming cottage in Lakefield, Ontario. The check-in process was seamless and communication with the host was smooth throughout. The cottage was cozy and well-kept, nestled in a peaceful and quiet setting that made for a truly relaxing getaway. I especially loved the tranquil surroundings—perfect for unwinding and reconnecting with nature. Everything was just as described, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking to enjoy a serene retreat!

The cabin and overall property was absolutely amazing. Very clean and comfortable interior surrounded by a beautiful property and waterfront. All amenities worked great and so many options in the way of entertainment On top of this, we were onsite during an intensive ice storm that put the entire region into a standstill. Violetta helped navigate this for us seamlessly by setting us up for another night to wait out the storm and connecting us with vehicle recovery services when we had access vehicle issues. She really went above and beyond throughout the entire process and I would highly recommend her properties for all other travellers.

Such a wonderful stay! Beautiful place. Super impressed with how clean, neat, tidy, and well-stocked it is. But especially how homey & cozy this place is! So glad we stayed here :)

Words cannot describe how impressed we were with Laughing Moose. The minute I walked in the front door I felt I could live here for ever. The incredible views, the spacious kitchen the stylish little pieces of decor make this place comfortable, relaxing and luxury. Janice pays attention to every little detail to ensure we had a fabulous time! From the selection of quality glasses, crockery and cooking utensils to the games and puzzles ( we completed a full jig saw puzzle between us) we had everything we could possibly need and much more. Even a thoughtful and delicious blueberry pie to welcome us !! We were visiting from Australia and planned this weekend with our two sons and families for a getaway together. It couldn’t have been more perfect and we made such fabulous memories. So much space for all 8 of us plus the 2 dogs! I can’t thank you enough for this special visit! Jeff and Jenn were very welcoming hosts. They provided us with amazing local recommendations of areas and things to do in the county which we did not know about. The kitchen is very well equipped. The view on the lake was stunning. The surroundings were serene and peaceful like the county itself. The location of the cottage is perfect as it's close to Picton and the parks.

We stayed at cabin #1 during October 11-13 weekend. We loved this place. Very clean, cute cabin, worth the price. Amy was very quick to respond. There are kayaks, canoes to use, firepit, bbq grill. We had awesome experience. I am looking forward to book it again. I highly recommend this place for with kids trip. There is beautiful playground by the beach.

Quaint, peaceful and scenic stay for a relaxing weekend. The cabin was very clean and exceeded my expectations. The private beach across the cabins is an added bonus.

It was a great stay and very accommodating. Kids enjoyed the pool table and foosball indoors as well as the pool and lake outside. The kitchen and view of the lake was amazing. Lots of fishing was done from the docks and petal boat and some paddling from the kayak and paddle board (we brought this).

My family had a great time at the resort. Roberto was very helpful and responsive to any questions we had. The home was clean and comfortable and exactly as pictured. It was. Perfect spot for kids as there is tons to do on the resort grounds and you are 15 minutes from almost all major attractions. The pool was fantastic for kids with a very large shallow end, towel service, life jackets etc. will definitely return next time we are in PEC.

We had a great time staying in Kevin’s home. He is extremely kind and helpful! We felt right at home and very comfortable. We caught a couple of fish right off his dock! Beautiful home and really beautiful scenery. We will definitely come back!!

This was a perfect place to stay to experience all PEC has to offer. Jen was a fabulous host- very communicative and extremely helpful, especially as we enjoyed our first time in Canada. The resort staff were super friendly. The neighbors are fabulous and the house was immaculate and comfortable. Excellent experience from booking through our departure.

Really a great place to be . So clean, beautiful and spacious. I’m a young guy but this place had me thinking how I will be in my 70’s chilling with my fam . Crazy man . And the bed … idk about that one. Fam I slept like a baby . Woke up full of energy . My friends asked me if i had too much coffee. It was just the bed man . Oh don’t forget to go by the water . You’ll love it . Big thanks to the host . Will be back for sure.

Both Melissa and Kevin were pleasant and always available to assist in any way possible. Loved our stay at the Cozy Cottage for the Easter long weekend. The decor , Easter egg hunt, and the cookie decorating kits were a beautiful touch for our kids to enjoy. They especially loved the ride even if they felt there too big . Will definitely be referring friends and family to stay at Serenity Bay Resort. Can't wait to book another stay.

Leah was very helpful in making sure our stay went seamless. Took care of plowing/snowblowing to make the property accessible to all areas of interest as with going had some awful weather.(Snow with more Snow). lol. Again she was very responsive with questions I had and Informative to the specifics of the area. Cozy spot, great to relax and unwind. Would definitely go again, perhaps a great summertime spot.

We love the lake. We have rented a few different places on the lake over the last 10 years. This cottage is amazing. It’s like we checked into a spa!!! It’s very privet and cozy. The small details of the cottage made my wife very happy, from the bath Salts to the high end towels. The view from the couch of the lake makes you just relax…. We brought up 3 snowmobiles to enjoy the local trails. The main trail is a short ride down the road so we could ride from the cottage. The outdoor lights were so beautiful at night!!! A lot of care has been taken on making its guests feel right at home. We didn’t want to leave!!! I highly recommend this for anyone looking to unplug and relax. We will be back! Simon.

Beautiful, peaceful, scenic cottage. Cozy and modern inside with a great enclosed porch overlooking the lake. Ample options for sitting outside, and lots of blankets and towels provided. The hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful through the stay.

I recently stayed at Peng's Airbnb, and it was an exceptional experience. The property itself is stunning, with beautiful decor and a serene ambiance that made our stay incredibly relaxing. What truly stood out was Peng's hospitality. We had a last-minute change in our guest list, and Peng was more than accommodating, making the adjustments seamlessly. Moreover, when we encountered a minor issue with a beeping appliance, Peng personally came over to fix it right away, ensuring our comfort was never compromised. I highly recommend staying at Peng's place for anyone looking for a beautiful and well-hosted experience.

Stayed three nights and four days during a late March ice storm. The wood stove was definitely our favourite feature as it allows us to cook food when the storm knocked out the power. There was an abundant supply of covered firewood outside. The tapwater has a UV filter so we used that to drink, but we also brought a tank of water which came in handy when the power went out. Follow the handbook and you’ll have a great time but you 100% needed a four-wheel-drive with snow tires if the temperature is below zero, the hills were quite treacherous due to the ice and snow. Chris replied to all of my inquiries in very timely fashion which was great and was always helpful. Overall, had a great trip and would definitely go back.

Shannon did an excellent job communicating with us and provided us with picture instructions on how to use the hottub, firepit and remotes for the heat and fireplace. She was aware we were celebrating my fiancé's birthday and was so sweet to leave him a birthday card and chocolates. We were also pleasantly surprised to see she had a snack basket, bottled water, eggs, bagels and food in the cuoboards that we could help ourselves to at no extra cost. She was extremely welcoming and allowed us to take our time checking out. We loved our stay at her beautiful home and highly recommend this place.
