Melanie is an amazing host who’s very responsive and accommodating. She checked in on us before and during the stay to ensure we had everything we needed.

Friends and I spent the long weekend at Amanda’s cottage and we loved it. Amanda provided all the information we needed and she was super friendly and flexible. The space itself is airy, bright and nicely decorated. The kitchen was super well stocked and we enjoyed making meals together each night. Finally, the outdoor space is awesome! Beautiful lakefront property with few other cottages in view. Where else can you play basketball near a lake? We took advantage of the fire pit the first night and enjoyed the sounds of loons and owls. Definitely recommend for a lakeside getaway but with tons of amenities and extra things you don’t usually find elsewhere.

I went here for business and my wife and 2 puppies came and we all enjoyed our stay here. My wife walked some trails with the dogs and just totally relaxed. If you’re looking for a place I would highly recommend here. Thank you Mike and Sandra

This is my third time staying at Jeannette’s, and it is always sublime. The view is beautiful, and it is so quiet and peaceful. The apartment is spacious and cozy, but not cluttered. The kitchen is well stocked for eating in, and the cozy dining room with a view of the lake is stunning. We really enjoy using the sauna. Wolfgang is so prompt in getting it going for us. We will be back to our favourite hidden local gem.
