The sunrises and view of the water were great. Place itself was clean and comfortable. Christy is a wonderful and responsive host.

Susan and Michael’s cottage is a great “home away from home”. It comes with everything you need. If/when I am back in that area, I will definitely check with them first and stay there if it is available. I love birds and a Cat Bird has a nest in the bushy tree to the left of the back deck. That Cat Bird sang to me every time I went out of the door! It was lovely!

Incredible beach house. The location is top notch. The home has great energy - you can tell there has been an abundance of love within those walls. Our family definitely added to that with some unforgettable memories and moments together. It’s an older family home, so don’t expect everything to be brand new. That being said, everything that matters is outstanding - countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms are beautiful, the main shower is spacious and well designed, the floors are nice and clean, and the master bed is so unbelievably comfortable. I’ve never slept that well in a rental before. The porch is amazing and so is the beach. If we didn’t get some unseasonably poor weather, the only time we would’ve left the house would be to go to the butcher and seafood market.

Charming Plymouth cottage Walk to Priscilla Beach

Beautiful cottage; friendly, accommodating host. Loved how close we were to a private, peaceful beach that we could access during our stay. Also a great distance to downtown Plymouth. Super clean, cozy, and comfortable. Perfect little backyard for play with a nice electric fire pit. Kitchen had everything you could need. We were traveling with our toddler, so the only thing I would say is the stairs were a bit tricky - we had to block them off so our mini mover wouldn’t get too close to them. They are also quite steep, so be mindful if you have mobility issues. Otherwise, highly recommend!

Kim & Dave’s cottage was a great place to stay. Excellent use of space made the cottage a perfect place for our time there. Wonderfully decorated with a very appropriate sea decor theme. The close proximity to the walking/biking trail was nice and having the bicycles included provided us a wonderful opportunity to explore the area and ride the trails. The welcome card and treats provided a very nice touch. We highly recommend Kim & Dave’s place if you’re visiting Mattapoisett.

The bathroom features white shiplap walls creating a bright atmosphere. A round mirror with a gold frame is mounted above a stylish sink set in a light blue cabinet. Gold wall sconces flank the mirror, with neatly arranged towels and toiletries displayed on a wall shelf.

The house is very comfortable and updated tastefully. The location is perfect for beach access and just a short jump to Plymouth. A grocery store is only a couple minutes away by car. Diane and Jayce were fantastic hosts and put a lot of time and effort into making our stay perfect!

The exterior of the Harbourtown building is depicted, showcasing a charming blue façade with multiple balconies. The structure features stylish architectural details and large windows, allowing natural light to flood the interior. Surrounding greenery and a paved area enhance the inviting ambiance of the property.
