We felt right at home with Martha. From the extremely friendly reception, to the abundant water provided, wine and olive oil to great recommendations in the area. Martha made our time on Kos Island an unforgettable experience. The special icing on the cake was her cat, who greeted us kindly every morning and every evening. We had a great stay at Katerina's flat. She had prepared some treats for us,even a bottle of wine she had put in the fridge for us. She made us feel at home and the flat had everything we needed for our stay. The neighborhood is quiet even though it is only one street back from the square close to the harbour.

Wonderful stay in Selma's house, large, beautiful, very well decorated and very pleasant to live in: shade, pool, terraces, magnificent view and quiet environment. The house is very close to the city center but the path is very steep. We would recommend this house!

Petros has a fantastic place to stay right in the middle of Kos Town. All restaurants, the harbor, old town and beaches are within walking distance. Petros is extremely helpful and even drove us to the ferry. I would highly recommend staying here.

Wow what an experience! Peaceful but at the same time close to everything. A hidden gem. Evdokia was a total please to deal with the whole experience was hassle free just what you would want when on holiday. Cannot recommend enough and can't wait to go back!!! The thought of this beautiful place will be forever in our memories.

You can easily park your car in a very central location in the center of Bodrum, a sheltered and very cute house, the front back garden is very tidy and clean, the host, Mr. Murat, would recommend if you want to feel at home

Amazing host and amazing place. Taner was very responsive and the house is amazing. We had a lot of fun and we will for sure comeback again.

The house is close to the center but actually allows you to live the village life. You wake up with the sounds of roosters in the morning and you can watch the stars in the evening. Honestly, it was fun to spend time at home rather than visiting Kos. There are all the amenities for cooking in the kitchen, there is no cleanliness problem, there is a washing machine and dishwasher in the house. If you buy supplies, you don't need to eat outside. It's actually an old house and some items are old, but it's very pleasant. There are plenty of glasses, even if you will be staying. The terrace upstairs was also very pleasant. You should get close to the city to go to the grocery store etc, but I think this place is amazing than staying in the city. The price was too high for us, I just broke a rating from there: (

If you decide to stay in Bodrum, you are at the exact right address. Ms. Nihan's hospitality made us have a magnificent experience by anticipating all the problems you need with her sparkling house. We were very pleased with the centrality of the location of the house, on the other hand, being isolated despite the central location. We were able to have a very nice family holiday. All kinds of needs were considered down to the finest detail, it was within walking distance to the sea, and it was extra fun to enjoy the pool, a lush garden, a house that was thoughtfully designed with the sounds of birds. I would like to thank Ms. Nihan very much, I recommend that they do not miss this nice accommodation for those who come to Turgutreis.

Our stay in this house left only pleasant impressions! 🏡✨ The house is very cozy and the panoramic view is just magical - every morning started with stunning scenery that lifted our spirits. 🌅 There were some minor comments on the quality of cleaning upon check-in, but the host responded instantly and organized a re-cleaning, so the issue was quickly resolved. Overall, the host was incredibly responsive: promptly helped with any issues, ordered extra blankets and comforter covers, cleaned the pool and even fixed the air conditioning. Was always on call and responded almost instantly. 📞 All in all, the vacation was comfortable and we were pleased with both the house itself and the attentiveness of the host. One the best stay in Bodrum .All the rooms and bathrooms are so clean better than the pictures. It’s 5 minutes walk to the beach and all good restaurant even the grocery is walkable.The marina is 5 min drive or even walking you can go .We had an amazing holiday the beach was beautiful even the pool was very clean.The host was so helpful available all time . Whenever we will plan Bodrum we are definitely going to stay back.We are from India and we were in turkey for 15days and I have only one regret I would have extended my stay at Bodrum .Kuzey is the best host very generous and kind very helpful.Would definitely come back.

We had to make a last min booking to change our accommodation mid holiday. And they were very helpful. I wish we stayed in Nuran’s boutique hotel all of our holiday. They are all very friendly, experienced and hands on. The place is very well equipped, super clean. Bathroom etc amazingly done. The renovation was done tastefully. They kept asking if we need anything. Communal areas are lovely to chill. Pool is big enough to have a quick dip and great for kids. Location is superb. They have their regulars which they all became like family. All the amnesties incl chemist, a mid size supermarket and lovely restaurants are around the corner but you still get a village feel. Sea is good, great for kids, shallow start and lots to look at. You can use any of the restaurants sun beds and umbrellas as long as you eat there. They are all friendly. There are also public sections, free to use with sun beds and shades. I will definitely be going back to Nuran’s boutique hotel.

The place was amazing for the kind of stay we were looking for. They offered more than what we had imagined while we were there and were also extremely helpful in recommending places for us to go to, make the bookings as well as organise groceries and taxis. Would most definitely recommend this property to others and hope to stay there again in the future myself.

Raina's place was exactly as described - a really lovely villa fully equipped with everything that you need. We were a family of 4, and it was perfect. The view from the terrace was great with a view of the sea. The house is well-placed to visit Yalikavak and Bodrum. It's worth driving just 7 minutes to the local little port where there are many little restaurants and bars to eat or drink. Raina was the perfect host and could. ot have been more helpful. Definitly worth booking !

A truly cozy cabin where every detail shines. The well-equipped kitchen and charming decor made us feel instantly at home, while the scenic views were an constant delight. Super convenient location – supermarkets within walking distance! When winter conditions caused minor initial hiccups, Ms. Buket and cooperative neighbors responded with remarkable kindness. Their quick solutions and warm advice transformed challenges into a heartwarming experience. Perfect blend of tranquility and accessibility.

We loved the pool, and the tranquility of the place. If you need some time of from Daily stress I highly recommend this place. Yanki is a very good host, and always replied fast. We are very happy with our stay in the stone villa.

The houses are small but are located to meet all your needs and have everything. Turgutreis is very close to the center and the employees help with everything

My family of 3 greatly enjoyed the beautiful villa. The space was very ample with nicely appointed kitchen. The clean private pool was steps away. The location is also very advantageous: close to beach clubs, sports attractions, food markets, bus stops and a taxi station. Our hosts, Yildiray and his daughter, were always in touch and helpful with any questions/issues. It was a pleasure to meet them both. I would definitely recommend their place.

We stayed at Arangia Apartments for a week and it was one of the best airbnbs I‘ve stayed in. It‘s located in a quite neighborhood in walking distance to the old town and the port of kos. The Apartment itself was wonderful, it had everything we needed and two beautiful balconies on which you could enjoy your breakfast. Everything was very clean and fresh. The neighbors were very nice and all in all you hab a feeling of safety in the airbnb. The host Petros was very welcoming and forthcoming and recommended a lot of places like bars, restaurants and beaches. He was very helpful and responded very quickly to any questions we had. I would definitely recommend this Apartment and Petros as a host for anyone who wishes to visit kos. We had a great experience and would love to come again.

Manos and his family were very helpful and kind with us. They provided everything we needed for our stay and were always available and helpful. The apartment looks exactly as pictured: it's small but perfect for two people and has everything you need for a comfortable holiday. The little garden was our favourite place to chill after a long day around the beaches in Kos. Thank you again Caroline, Yannis and Manos for everything you did for us!

Very good location for shopping , 5’ walking to reach the OASIS mall , 12’ by taxi to reach the big mall “Midtown “. They are 3 restaurants (Turkish cuisine ) just 3’ walking distance from the house .Supermarket and mini market (open 24/7). Selin is always available for any info, query and help !! She advised us different locations for lunch / dinner and beach in turquoise water . Thank you so much for everything. Highly recommend place .

It is located in a very central location, but also isolated, there is no problem with privacy. Ms. Melis welcomed us very well. She had provided everything we requested in advance. The kitchen utensils needed in the house were just right. The air conditioning in every room was magnificent in terms of heating, we never got cold. In addition, Ms. Melis's mother even brought us sweets, they were very kind. There is no parking problem and they arrange it. If we come again, this is where we will stay.

Full price performance house or even a place above the price. I stayed for a full month and could have stayed for more. I have made very good friendships, both the host and the neighbors, and I appreciate them all.

The place was very nice. A beautiful view from the two terraces. A chic and clean house that is very well equipped. I felt at home on the first day.
