They are 300 meters away from beach and you can go there for swimming or for sightseeing, the famous sunset, you can rest in our exterior seating area while eating fruits from our garden, such as grapes would be right on top of you when you are sitting in our veranda, you can swim in 55 square meter swimming pool. Our houses has every amenties you may need in your holiday.

Turgutreis is one of the second largest residential and favorite holiday spots of the Bodrum peninsula. About 2 kilometers long, Turgutreis beach is among the best of Bodrum beaches. In the evenings, you can have your dinner by watching the most beautiful sunset in Bodrum. Transportation from Turgutreis to other towns of Bodrum easy and close by. You can easily visit the entire basement.

This peaceful stay is located in The Ni Villas Akyarlar, one of the most beautiful parts of Bodrum, Akyarlar /Karaincir. It is about 4 minutes walk from both Akyarlar beach and Karaincir beach. The Ni Villas has a total of 4 bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms in each room. There are 2x double bed and 4x single bed available in total.
