Cozy and newly renovated apartment in a larger house. Central location in the center of Køge. Walk distance to shopping and trains. Close to beach and forest. The apartment is rented as an independent part of the house. But in the other part of the house, we live a family consisting of mom, dad, and two boys aged 6 and 7, as well as two curious dogs and a cat. One bedroom and possible possibility of bedding for smaller children. Free parking with plenty of space in front of the house. Please let me know if there are any questions.

Lovely apartment with beautiful views

Centrally located in the middle of Zealand between Køge and Ringsted and with quick access to the highway to the east, west, south and north. Everyone is welcome - including craftsmen! The apartment is on the first floor. It is 112 m2 and consists of three bedrooms, dining room/living room in the same room, kitchen with small dining area and bathroom with bathtub. There are four single beds and one double bed. There is free coffee, tea, cleaning products, toilet paper and dishwasher tablets as well as laundry soap for the entire stay.

At the horse property, there is a self-contained apartment with 3 sleeping places, private toilet and shower, as well as a small living room. Beautiful little kitchen. Right out to green fields - horse stables where you can get a tour, by the way, with game in the backyard. You have a private entrance and small outdoor area where you can sit and relax. There are good experiences right in the surrounding area, such as Skovtårnet, Bon bon Land, Rønnede Kro, Feddet camping with super beach, Faxeladeplass and Faxe limestone quarry, etc.

Relax in this cozy cottage, just 300 meters from a fantastic beach. The house has a fenced garden with terraces to the south, east and west. There is also forest nearby as well as Solrød Center with shops and cafes as well as a station with a fast train to Copenhagen. There is a bike route all the way into Copenhagen. This unique home has panoramic views of Køge Bay with views of Copenhagen. There is a large private beach and a nice bathing bridge. Private heated pool, which is covered, but which can also be opened. Two good bathrooms, one by the pool. The premises rented in the lower floor are a total of 125 m2 and consist of a large kitchen/living room, two bedrooms, a hallway and a large bathroom. In addition, there is a terrace both up and down, and free parking can be done both up and down in relation to the property.

The property is fully equipped and electricity, water and heating as well as internet and TV package are included in the price.
