This was the perfect place to stay in Montepulciano! Breathtaking views of the Tuscan landscape and a quick 3-4 minute walk to the main part of the town. Nico and Elena were excellent hosts and directed me to a parking lot a quick walk from the apartment. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay and I’d recommend it to anyone coming to Montepulciano!

I felt so privileged to have such a gorgeous apartment right in the centre of the city and easily walkable to everywhere I needed to be. The apartment was spotless, full of light and airy with a perfect little kitchen, gorgeous big bathroom and cosy bedroom. I had everything I needed and was especially grateful for the 3 pin adapter/cable. As a single woman staying alone I was really happy to have a secure gate I could lock as well as a bolt on the door. Dario was so helpful, staying in contact, providing precise directions and having no problem letting me in the minute I arrived even though I was a little later than expected.

We highly recommend this lovely apartment overlooking the little old town square. Our daughter was visiting for Easter and Maria’s apartment fit the bill perfectly in terms of size, cleanliness, facilities, location, communication and character.

Intimate apartment in a very quiet area, convenient walk to the center of Perugia. It has a private parking space: if the car is not large, there is a covered garage available, otherwise just park the vehicle just outside. As soon as we arrived, we found the apartment heated and check-in was very easy. Daniela Host is very kind and helpful, accurate and quick to respond.

We needed a place for one night and we came across this apartment. Already in the conversations prior to the day of check-in, Valentina was helpful, polite and proactive. Upon arrival, we are greeted by Manuela's mother, who welcomes us in an extremely nice and thorough manner. They made us feel right at home. The apartment is large (even larger than what we needed) and includes every comfort. Small detail that I really liked are the hand-built boats. Very very nice. Overall, definitely recommended also for the location because I discovered that Umbertide is really a beautiful town. Thanks Valentina and Manuela

What a wonderful experience! The description of the home was excelled by the reality. It was very clean and tastefully decorated — Anna has an eye for design and art. the three bedrooms easily accommodated us. The large patio with its charming table and vine screened roof was a charming place to enjoy our morning cappuccino. the home is situated in a agricultural community built in 1788, situated in extensive vineyards. The buildings have been thoroughly renovated into a series of private homes. The community contained renters like us, but also young communities and older retirees. We had a chance to get to know people in the neighborhood, who were uniformly friendly. the AirBnB is about 25 minutes away from Arezzo by car. The best place to park we found was in the short term parking at the train station. From there it was just a short walk to the Old Town. Anna was a wonderful and charming host. We recommend this property highly!

The house is really very nice, clean and with various comforts. The village is beautiful and Marco was very nice and approachable. I recommend it.

Was lovely to stay at one of the apartments on Renato's estate. Renato and his wife are very kind and friendly and made us feel at home. The estate is very secluded on hilltop 5km drive from the village, with beautiful grounds providing enough privacy for individual apartments as well as a restful setting. Would love to go back next time we're in the area.

Great apartment, 10 min walk to downtown Arezzo. We used the house as a group (4 people) for 4 days, and we had a very good time. The spaces of the house are excellent, we had a double sofa bed, a single sofa bed and a single bed. We had everything we needed for the stay in the house. Marzia is a great host, she responds immediately and is very helpful. The only downside: we visited Arezzo in the winter, and unfortunately the house was a little cold despite the heaters on (nothing too problematic, however)

I had an unforgettable stay at Casa Elisa, located at the foot of the beautiful Cortona. The atmosphere is magical: a perfect fusion of Tuscan tradition and modern comfort. I can brag forever about this place. Cortona town is a very small place within walls and this place is at the top of it, and walking distance to all the places inside the city walls. Outstanding restaurants, great shopping, very friendly locals. The house was perfect and made our time in Cortona memorable. I would definitely seek out this place and even change my dates if the place is not available;that is how much we enjoyed staying here. The view is astonishing. We would make our own coffee in the morning and take it a few steps up the hill so that we could enjoy the view of the valley below. Very clean with all the amenities we needed. Ashleigh is the Perfect Super Host!!!!

I stayed at this property during the market period, excellent proximity to them and the various squares, The property seems like home, the kitchen is lovely and special, super clean bathrooms, everything as described, spacious and comfortable bedroom, it was very nice to find the house on two floors, even the comfort area that divides the stairs from the upper part is well placed and beautiful, large master bathroom upstairs and the staircase next to the sink has its charm. Super convenient for the markets, downtown area and to visit various churches. If you are in Arezzo you have to stay here! Super helpful host and always present, it is enchanting.

We had an amazing time in Italy and Giuseppe’s place help us to achieve it. Clean, organised and fully equipped with all amenities listed. The host was friendly, quick to reply and gave us great tips and options in the surroundings. Highly recommend if you visiting and staying in Perugia.

Excellent location for walking and very quiet even though so close to the center. Giacomo was an amazing host, trying to get us parking in the front... Parking is an issue of course as it's so limited but we were fine to drop off our things and then go to the public parking lot. On our way out of the city, we just walked downhill with our bags.... not a big deal - 15 min walk. The apartment was super comfy, even the sofa bed. Shower was large with great water pressure. We loved the Lego decor ( as a for devoted Lego family :-) ) Thank you for a great stay!!!

This was a great base for exploring the towns and islands on the lake as well as for day trips to Florence and Perugia. The apartment is clean, well-equipped and is very close to the town centre and the lake. It’s also set back on a quiet street away from the main road. Giovanni was helpful and responsive throughout our stay, meeting us at check-in and giving us some local recommendations. Overall, an excellent stay.

Although close to the commercial section of old Montepulciano, this apartment is on a quiet side street at the low end of the town. Photographs are accurate. The apartment was spacious for a couple; a family of four would be very comfortable there. LOTS of cabinet storage on both floors. Of particular note is the view of Tuscan hills from the living room window and the great, functional layout of the kitchen. The apartment is a short walk away from a large grocery store and countless wine shops, cafes, and traditional ristorantes. Parking is a steep climb away for those with mobility concerns. Communication with Paolo and Carlotta was excellent.

The apartment is wonderful and equipped with everything. It is in a quiet area that allows you to reach both Perugia and Assisi by car in a few minutes. Really perfect!

Marcus' apartment is in a perfect location, right in the center. It is located on the second floor, two large bedrooms, perfectly equipped kitchen complete with oven and dishwasher, blind bathroom, but functional. Perugia proved to be a perfect location, also for visiting other destinations such as Assisi, Spoleto and its surroundings. Marcus was always kind and helpful.
