We offer a quiet, furnished one-bedroom apartment with sunny terrace for 1 to max. 2 people (bed 1.40 x 2.00 m and sofa bed). A kitchenette with sink, fridge and kettle, microwave (with baking function) is available. Free Wi-Fi. Cheap transport connections directly at the A81/B27. Excursion destinations, e.g. at Lake Constance, can be reached in 30-45 minutes in 30-45 minutes. Furthermore, good shopping in Trossingen (3 km) and VS-Schwenningen (8 km) can be reached in 5-10 minutes by car.

The house (approx. 150 m ²) is located in the countryside, there is a large garden (about 3500 m ²). In addition, an outdoor kitchen (gas grill and gas stove) with pizza oven. Inside there is an open kitchen, a cozy living room with fireplace, a bedroom and a separate toilet. On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms and a bathroom with shower, tub and 2 sinks. In the Spitzboden was so far the playful of children. It includes a pull-out cot (additional) and a desk as an office workspace.

Dream house with home cinema close to vineyards

Welcome to the Black Forest! This beautiful architect´s house is located in a quiet residential area surrounded by idyllic vineyards and some of the most beautiful paths for hiking or mountain biking start directly in front of the door. The house has a big garden with a magnificent old stock of trees and a little creek. As this house was renovated looking after the design and the details and also with some technical refinements, i am looking forward to welcome you into this cozy home.

Beautiful heirlooms combined with new & modern furniture. The apartment is on the 2nd floor in an old building. In the spacious bedroom there is also a workplace with lots of daylight. The kitchen is fully equipped, there is a washing machine in the bathroom, the toilet is separate and the sofas can easily be converted into a bed. The apartment is perfect for a few nice days privately or for business in Trossingen. On foot, you can reach the shops in 2 minutes.
