Philip is a great host! Very friendly and helpful. He provided a beautiful welcome basket for us and some milk in the fridge. The apartment is very spacious with comfy sofas, and has a lovely outlook onto the seafront. Great shower and hot water aplenty. It’s situated far enough away from the bustle of the city, but within walking distance of everything we needed for our short break. There’s a good range of restaurants and take outs nearby too. All in all a lovely stay in Brighton.

Overall a nice and clean appartement, had more or less everything you'd expect to need. Host was also proactive and friendly to communicate with. Would consider staying again when visiting the area.

Lovely place to stay! Underfloor heating and good quality linen. Also - bath and showers were incredible! Good pressure and decent hot water. Connor was responsive and proactive - it was super easy to check in and out. It’s a perfect place to stay if you’re looking for somewhere clean, modern and a little bit boujee! Xx

We enjoyed 2 days at Joanne’s beautiful apartment. It’s exactly like the photos, gorgeous, spacious and bright with everything you need. Well equipped kitchen and luxe bathroom. The garden is super pretty! You have a sea view from the living room as the beach is right across the street. We walked everywhere. The free parking is an added bonus. Would definitely recommend!

Excellent host from start to finish. It really felt like Paul cares about his property and cares about his guests. The little touches of amazing fresh bread, milk, coffee, fruit etc were really kind and very much appreciated. I’d definitely stay here again and would highly recommend the apartment. Also the proximity to the restaurants and bars is perfect - not to near to hear the noise but only just a few minutes walk away….. and there are some really great restaurants and bars in the area. Came for the Easter weekend and absolutely loved this gorgeous apartment on the St Leonard’s seafront! Apart from the fact it’s beautifully decorated, warm and cosy, it has absolutely everything you’d need for a seaside stay, and much more. The attention to detail - from the welcome letter, local information, and bits & bobs for our dog - is like nothing we’ve experienced in an Air BnB before. To top it off, as it was Easter the hosts laid on a little Easter chocolate hunt for us, which despite being 40 and 44, we very much enjoyed! Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it and we’ll definitely be back if visiting the area in future!

Location, facilities, parking and accommodation exactly as Will has described and PERFECT for a city break for a couple to explore all of Brighton's best places within very easy walking distance. The parking arrangement is brilliant and easy to get to and,as is said in the details, literally 3 minute walk to the accommodation. Inside the accommodation is everything that is needed and of good quality in a very well used space. Location fantastic: local area some great pubs and restaurants; few minutes onto Brighton beach; 5 minutes walk to Royal Pavilion , then into The Lanes. Communication with Will accurate and prompt - met Will when we arrived (we were a bit early) - great bloke and so helpful.

This is a lovely peaceful place to stay with the beach just seconds from the Annexe. The place was spotlessly clean with everything needed for a short stay. David is really friendly and has great local knowledge. Although it is quiet we easily walked to the local pub one night, just a 25 minute walk and there is plenty to do just a short drive away in either direction. We would highly recommend for some peaceful fresh sea air.

The flat is in walking distance to a lot of places including Greenwich and close to bus and train services. it is close to a plethora of cafes, restaurants and supermarkets. Antonio was responsive to any questions that I had during and before my stay within a short time. The flat is near to my family, so I'll definitely keep him in mind for future stays. Getting the keys was a bit tricky as the address of the shop was not provided, only a picture of it. There was also no instruction on parking, only photo of the parking space. The view is stunning. Everything you need is in walkable distance. You really don't need to leave the area. The Wharf kitchen street food was our main choice for food, and it was both inexpensive and delicious. Tesco 24/7 is bonus. The Uber boat is a great choice for hop-on, hop-off transportation.

For just a little bit more, i turned an ordinary hotel experience into an extraordinary experience. Waking up and going to sleep with those views was fantastic. Fantastic location near Battersea park and pump house. Take an elevator to the shop downstairs for food. A highlight of our busy trip. Great comms too, feel grateful for the experience Thanks again

We visited London for 4 days. Kate's apartment is adorable and even more beautiful in real than the pictures. The location is just outside London, but the center is easy to reach by bus and metro. Since it was high temperatures, the bathroom in the beautiful and clean pool just came to us. Communication with Kate is quick and excellent. We would definitely come back. Thank you Kate!

Although the entrance from the street is a bit old looking, once the apartment door is opened, one realizes what a wonderful spot it is. There were all the amenities I needed, the bed and couch were quite comfortable. It was a great walk to my office across the river. (and of course, Battersea park is very closeby). The host was very responsive to my questions. I hope the apartment is available the next time I am in London!

We loved our stay at Lisa’s. Everything was perfect. Greenwich was a great place to explore and a great jumping board to other areas. Lisa and her friend Grace were so helpful and communicative. Would love to stay again. Thanks Lisa
