It offers all amenities that you want from a modern accommodation such as washing machine, dishwasher and air conditioning. The house was built in 2022 and from the patio and loft you see the sea. Space to sit and eat both inside and outside, even possibility to barbeque. In a few minutes by foot, you're down and dip into the sea. On the ground floor there is a bedroom with a 160 cm double bed and in the loft there are 4 mattresses (80 cm). Parking space at Framnäs (Björkö) is available to borrow when you rent this property.

Here you live right by the water just a boule throw from the harbor level, on quiet and idyllic Kalvsund in Gothenburg's northern archipelago, the southernmost part of Bohuslän. Our nice island is a real archipelago idyll. There are no cars, just houses, small boat ports, walking paths, our famous bow, bohuslän cliffs and salty swimming in one of our nice swimming areas. Yet it is easy and convenient to get to central Gothenburg by public transport with everything the city has to offer.

The veranda gives you possibility to look at the boat passing by to Denmark and Gothenburg. If you like to get inspirated och to take long walks, this is a perfect place for You. We had a nice extended weekend at Michael's house. Nice house and good for us who wanted three bedrooms. Great surfaces to hang out in. Mikael responded quickly and gave several great tips on restaurants in the nearby area. We had a nice day trip to Hönö, well worth a visit.

Familiar house close to forest and ocean

We had a great stay. The house is in a quiet area, only 10 minutes walk from the sea. There are beautiful swimming spots and numerous walks. A large supermarket is only a few minutes drive away and downtown Gothenburg can be reached in about 20 minutes. We felt very comfortable, the house and the outdoor area are well equipped and well maintained. The beds are very comfortable, the wifi great and the kitchen is also very well equipped. We will gladly come back.

Wonderful cottage near Gothenburg. The accommodation is very nice with children and gives opportunities to view both nature and the city.

We had a great time in a stylish apartment with garden in the best location. Moa is a proactive and quick host. The other residents are audible but not disturbing. The beach is about 10-15 min away by car. Linens and towels are not included and cost 150 SEK extra per person.

Beautiful spot, large house for many guests, many amazing surfaces to choose from to eat or hang out and a surprising selection well on site that elevated our experience to new peaks. The hosts were easy to communicate with, helpful and nice on site. Would recommend this home for both those who live nearby and want a lovely change of scenery equally to tourists who get to experience the most idyllic of the west coast.
