Daily visits from donkey Margarita & black lab Carbone were added pleasures to our stay. Felipe was responsive to hot water issue. Took guests to church on property. Explained history of property, Quito and Ecuador in general. He was extremely kind and helpful. Picked up & transported us back to airport for reasonable fee. Modest but lovely home.

Estancia espectacular, súper lindo decorado y súper cómodo. Maria Elba fue una anfitriona excepcional!! Volvería mil veces! Wifi rápido, camas cómodas y ducha amplia y con mucha agua caliente. Cocina completa y nueva. Cuarto de lavado increíble 👌 Además a menos de 100 metros de la casa hay un centro comercial pequeño con unos restaurantes muy ricos. Es una zona muy tranquila y segura.

We had the most wonderful stay here. The apartment is gorgeous and just as pictured in the listing. It was so clean with amazing amenities and a lovely warm shower. Communication was great, we were allowed to check in early, and the apartment was so easy to find. Highly recommend!

La suite es linda! tiene una vistas maravillosas! Todo estaba limpio y ordenado además está a cinco minutos de toda la zona de restaurantes y bares puedes ir andando a todos los sitios. También tienes cerca el parque y la Iglesia. No es ruidoso y el edificio también está impecable. El anfitrión respondía enseguida y nos ayudó en todo. Lo recomiendo! Nosotros volveremos!
