Cozy and warm apartment. Great location!

The apartment is very good located, close to restaurants, supermarkets, public transport. You will enjoy a calm environment with security service 24/7. Our one room apartment is very warm and cosy and besides of being close to a big avenue, the place is very calm and silent, perfect for a good rest. We provide everything you may need for a short stay: basic cutlery and kitchen implements, bed linen, wifi and Netflix access. We also put a lot of effort on having the apartment clean and tidy!

This place was amazing! The view is one of the best in Quito for sure. Stayed here for 3 nights and have absolutely no complaints. 1.5 bathrooms with a person bathroom in bedroom which was a nice touch. Kitchen has ample space and the living room with the view and balcony was incredible! Pictures are just how the apartment is. Also, must book the pool! You do not want to miss out on it for sure. Location is great. Right next to Carolina park and a bunch of shops and mall as well. Would definitely stay here again!

Cozy, Secure Apt Near Dining & Historic Center

We really enjoyed our stay at Johanna's place. It is in a very convienent but quiet location with many nice restaurants in the area. The apartment was spotless and very comfortable. There are two bedrooms (one with an ensuite) and a nice living area. We didn't use the kitchen but were able to use the washing machine and drying rack for our clothes. Johanna is a great host and made us feel at home, and the building has 24 hr security desk who were super-friendly and always helped us get in and out of the building. We did find the apartment a little on the cool side, but were able to warm up with the space heater.

We enjoyed our stay at Gabriel's place, the apartment is well equipped for longer stays, has a washer and dryer, utensils and everything you need to cook your own meals. Good location, safe, great views from the bedroom. Our only slight issue was with the noise at night, as the windows are fancing a busy street. If you are a light sleeper, might wanna grab some earbuds.
