Great landscaping. Well furnished but nothing so fancy you’re afraid your kids will destroy it. Super responsive and friendly family lives on site to assist with anything needed. Only con is address is sent at last minute before typically boarding a late night flight so there is not time to do any google mapping. Property is located on down a dark dirt alley - never a great feeling being anywhere and having your taxi go down a narrow dirt road at 1am and not knowing beforehand. The instructions pdf for the property should have a picture or a disclaimer - don’t worry the narrow ally road is in deed the correct way. Over all great property and if I was with a group in the Quito area would totally stay again!

Cozy place, the lady was super attentive, available for any request, I highly recommend the place, it is safe inside a CDLA.

It was a great place to stay . You can find near by a big grocery store , pharmacies, restaurants, a coffee shop , ice cream shop and a great bakery . It’s a pretty safe gated community It was really easy to communicate with the host I recommend Maria Cristina’s place

It is a very nice place to spend time as a family, very close to Quito but it feels countryside. Everything was in accordance with the information provided. Milena and Blanquita were very kind and ready for any questions. The only recommendation is that the location information be updated so that it is not difficult to find the place.

Great place. I felt very well. It's a place that offers great peace and tranquility. The house is beautiful and met my expectations. Both Mr. Richard and Mrs. Monica were very attentive and helpful. I hope to enjoy this cozy home again on my next trip. I highly recommend it in every way.

Excellent location, the cozy and comfortable place.

Everything was excellent in the house, it is very comfortable. It has a terrace with a nice view , ideal for training. It is in front of a park , perfect if you are traveling with pets. And the area is very quiet to go for a walk. Also the house has a rear garden (not seen in the photos) Comfortable beds, ample storage space, spacious and complete bathrooms.

Luis Gustavo was a helpful and communicative host- the place is large, safe, and had parking for our motorcycles (which we ended up not needing). He made us feel at home, and the location was great.

Great place to stay in Quito that's very central to everything but still in a quiet corner. Steps away from beautiful Parque Metropolitano and steps away are shops accomodating most any necesity you may have. The accomodations are exactly what you need to live comfortably with a terrace that shows off the beautiful landscape of the city. If you're looking for comfort, convenience and relaxation then this is the place to stay.

If you need a large home in Quito Tenis at the last minute, this is your place! This is 1970's Quito Architecture as mentioned in the ad. However, that also means it is spacious. I actually thought the home looked a little better than in the pics. There were even some games for our young kids. There are no drapes on 2 of the bedroom windows. So, bring an eye-mask or use some of the many extra sheets as needed. This was a last minute rental and the host was great to work with. Thank you.

It is a very nice and spacious house. I hope to use it again sometime.

Very nice place to share with family and your pets have the space to walk, play and have fun, the weather was perfect, the kitchen was very spacious, the grill area was perfect for sharing and having lunch outdoors, if you don't want to spend time outside you have the spacious living room to rest on the sofa and watch a movie, you can still spend the time playing volleyball. Diego provides you with many amenities to make your stay perfect.
