Beachfront vacation rentals in Tulare County

Beautiful property, kids loved the place, specially the river and the little pool. The house is really close to Sequoia. Also host was very responsive and respectful.

Retro Casa was perfect for our 2 day trip to Sequoia. Space and accommodations as described. Clean and cozy place, the play room was awesome for hanging out on the property in the early morning and evening. The location is super convenient right as your exit Sequoia, and right near a restaurant and some shops for any last minute needs. This fit our adventure and relax plans perfectly. The host was proactive about information and all the tips for the surrounding area.

Katy’s place was wonderful! It definitely looks much better than the photos. Katy actively communicated with us even before our stay and was kind enough to allow us for an earlier check in. She even greeted us by the house and checked us in. She had really nice recommendations around the area and was really helpful. The property has its own private access to the river that really sold us on the airbnb. It’s really peaceful and quiet since it’s right next to the river. It was also the perfect temperature for a quick dip. This airbnb is extremely private but close enough to the main three rivers area. It took us around 15-20 mins to get to the sequoia NP entrance from here. The place was really clean and was filled with great antique pieces that have been preserved really well. The bathroom has nice water pressure and hot water too. We also had an outdoor patio area to relax and dine. The place can be a little hard to find at night though. Overall, we would love to be back!

Chris and Jennifer’s home was the perfect place for us to stay in Kern over the Labor Day weekend. The home was very cozy and inviting with comfy beds and a well-stocked kitchen. Bathrooms were clean and we had everything (I mean everything!) we needed. It was lovely to have the swamp cooler to keep us cool when we were home. The property itself is centrally located and we absolutely loved going down to the private beach - it was absolutely picturesque. We will definitely be back to stay here. Thank you Chris and Jennifer for a lovely stay on the Kern River.

Amazing location! What a perfect place to get away! Right next to the river and just a few miles from the Park entrance. The place is so comfortable and has everything you need - great bed, comfy couch and awesome shower pressure! The town is just adorable. The coffee shop and delicious sandwich shop are just steps from the door. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

We recently stayed at this house for Spring Break with a couple of families to go hiking in Sequoia. The house was even more beautiful than the photos. It was an easy 15-20 min drive into the park. The house fit all of us and was such a great setting with the river in the background. We will definitely be back and highly recommend to anyone looking for a great house near the park!

Lynne was the sweetest and helped us navigate to Kings Canyon (Sequoia was closed due to weather) She made us feel at home and as if we were visiting family. She brought over bagels and fruit for us and made sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again. Lynne made our trip because if it wasn’t for her knowledge about which roads were closed we would have probably cut our trip short.

Great spacious cabin, kind accommodating hosts. We went to see the world's largest tree, but my kids will probably best remember staying here where they joyfully roamed the property exploring and getting to know the various animals including Zooma, the giant turtle and Raz, the gentle outdoor kitty. We enjoyed eating our breakfast on the deck surrounded by big beautiful oaks.

This place was the perfect spot for a weekend getaway. Right next to the river and you can walk to it from the site. Went in November so it was a little chilly but we got fire wood and also they provided wood as well so we just sat around the fire and watched the stars. Do bring blankets if you plan to come out when it’s cold out!
