Danielle’s bunkhouse had everything we needed for a weekend at a friend’s wedding. She had a fresh supply of ice waiting on a hot weekend. The little bunkhouse was clean and comfortable and even had tinfoil and spray oil which I had forgotten to pack. We made use of the barbecue and kitchen facilities. I was able to birdwatch in the big trees surrounding the property and enjoyed our walks and visits with friendly neighbours down the street.

A lovely quiet place with many amenities you don’t even need to leave the property to have fun. We stopped here for one night to take a break for our long drive and we had a great time! We wanted to stay longer. The sauna, gym, and big speakers to play music on was a really nice touch. Joanne and Brian are lovely hosts. We felt very welcome and they made the entire stay pleasant and smooth.

The place was amazing! For a reasonable price, it made a wonderful comfy getaway. The views of the mountain from the backyard were incredible, the indoor fireplace was a treat, and interior was extremely homely. Made for a great weekend with friends. The host was very polite, well meaning, and responsive. My only weak point was that the queen sized beds seemed a little small for their size, though I could be wrong. 4.8/5 starts

This is the second time we have stayed at Diane’s place and I’m sure we will be back. It is tucked away in very peaceful quiet area of hope. Right on the river which is great for a cold plunge and hot tub to warm up in after. There is a beautiful walking trail right out of the driveway that takes you to othello tunnels. Inside the house is spacious and clean. Great for cooking meals and relaxing with friends. Diane was a great host and had provided everything we needed. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful time at Sachin's property. Everything was spotless and I must say that the pictures do not justify the real beauty of this place. We are outdoorists and couldn't stop admire the beauty and how peaceful this property was! We loved every bit of it. Thank you Sachin and Ritu for being such lovely hosts. We are looking forward to visit your hidden gem again!

Beautiful pristine, mountain getaway on the river!

Rick's basement suite suited our fishing needs perfectly, it's a great place to relax after a long day fishing, well setup and had a ton of character that we enjoyed. Situated right on the river made it so easy to go for an early morning cast or after supper. Rick was super nice and greeted us as we arrived to showed us around the suite and had ample space to park our truck and trailer. I'll stay again next year if it's available during our trip.

Kate’s place is fantastic, we had an awesome weekend. Everything from greeting us on arrive all to chocolates on our pillows, the whole experience was great. The house is beautiful as is the outdoor space. Easy access to local outdoor attractions. The house was incredibly clean and tidy and equipped with everything you need. We had a great weekend and would definitely go back.

The photos do not do this place justice. The cabin is beautiful, has a really old school cabin feel. It is the kind of place where you could easily spend a whole week inside relaxing and reading all the cool books and magazines, watching the vhs videos and playing games with friends. The host was super responsive and friendly. My friends and I already decided that from now on we will come to this cabin every year as a tradition. Kitchen has most of the things you need, but remember to bring your coffee and cooking oil.
