The accommodation is bright, light and spacious with an open-plan lounge and dining area, a breakfast bar, fully fitted kitchen, two large characterful double bedrooms, (additional single bed on request), a bathroom with bath and shower unit. Two private patio areas, rear patio giving direct access to a large garden for you to explore, relax and enjoy.

Bright, cosy and welcoming cabin, Fern Hollow

Fern Hollow is a perfect place to retreat and rest, cosily and comfortably at the bottom of my garden, behind my 1950's semidetached home. It is a unique little hideaway in Rusthall, on the outskirts of Tunbridge Wells. Sensitively and skillfully built out of a collection of architecturally salvaged materials. Warmed effectively by a woodburning stove the living area is a comfortable and bright place to work or relax. There is a little kitchen area and a sofa by the fire and dining table.

The one bedroom property has a sofa bed in the lounge, suitable for children. Property not suitable for 4 adults. Pool Cottage is a trendy little place, perfect for couples. It’s attached a 16th century Farmhouse but has a separate entrance and garden. The pool is a shared space in front of the cottage and guests are welcome to swim any time but it is not heated. The area is rural yet close to Tunbridge Wells, London, beautiful Kent / Sussex countryside and the South coast. Lots of walks and great pubs within walking distance. Sauna is available by prior arrangement.

You can walk for miles from here. The flat is on a street with short term parking with free parking options 200m away. Or 24 hour car parks close by. With easy access to all the lovely restaurants, bars and shops in this picturesque town. The train station is just down the hill.

Garden Lodge

We live on a quiet cul-de-sac. Garden Lodge is at the top of our garden so expect to have to climb some steps (17 made of bricks). It has lovely views of the garden and surrounding area. Garden Lodge is made of reclaimed bricks and has a polish concrete floor. It has a small kitchen area outside the main building. It has a decking with outdoor garden furniture and a fire pit.
