There was no complaints at all, everything was clean and neat. For the price you get a kitchen, washer & dryer, a full bathroom and a living room , it's comfortable, private and affordable! 10/10

Great home in Richmond. Loved being tucked away on a nice residential street while being so close to so much. Roseanne provides a lovely home for some peaceful R & R.

I stayed in this basement apartment for a month and a half while working downtown. The host was extremely friendly, showed me the space, communicated with me about packages and mail, and kept me informed of things to know about the house. I felt very safe in the house and the area. The linens and towels felt very new and clean, and the kitchen and bathroom were also cleanly. The bed was stiffer than I am used to, but I got used to it. There is not much natural light in the apartment since it is a basement unit, but I appreciated all of the lamps and light dimmers so that I did not have to use the overhead lighting. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would recommend this apartment to anyone.

I loved staying here! It was super clean, the living room furniture and beds were comfortable, cooking was easy, and it was well stocked with cleaning supplies, towels and paper goods. I really liked the decor and felt very much at home. As noted by other guests, it is on a busy street but that never hindered getting in and out easily. Victor and his co-host were kind and responsive. I would definitely stay here again.
