It is family place, very cosy and friendly people around. It feels like home, beautiful nature around, bbq zone, fruit trees and rest zones. Inside the room all the amenities are presented, you can feel it all in the little thoughtful details. In general it is a peaceful rest place not far from Yerevan.

Stayed a week in this beautiful place. Excellent country house with all amenities and very well maintained and clean grounds! And the pool and BBQ area, board games, table tennis, mini football pitch and all this in the same yard of this cottage. Great host, met at the airport, drove and checked in, provided a local SIM card. The house is clean, has everything you need, on the table as a compliment we had a bottle of fine local wine. Special thanks for the beautiful barbecue area, which also has everything! The host Karen responded to all requests very responsively and quickly, always in touch!A wonderful kind-hearted person, for which I am very grateful to him! The vacation was a success and left very unforgettable impressions.

I had the pleasure of staying at this apartment for three days, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with my experience. The apartment was exactly as described — clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything I needed for a pleasant stay. Communication with the host was excellent. They responded quickly, politely, and thoroughly to all of my questions, which made the check-in process and overall stay smooth and worry-free. Great large accommodation, with all amenities, not far from the airport. The host met us at the airport as dear guests, took us to the house. We ate at his cafe. I highly recommend staying at this house.
