The house has all the necessities with its own bathroom, kitchen, bedroom in alcove and a great view. 5 minutes walk to Holmenkollen station and convenience store, 3 minutes to restaurant and ski jump. Wi-Fi and TV with cable and Chromecast. Unfortunately, there is no space for parking on the property, but there is free street parking right above the property, always available.

Central and bright apartment with good ceiling height in a quiet side street. Bedroom facing the backyard, living room facing a small park. The apartment has a popular location with a short distance to cafes, restaurants, shopping and parks. Trams and buses just outside the door. Short distance to Karl Johan and Bogstadveien. NOTE: The apartment is my private home with personal belongings on the 4th floor with no elevator. The key is picked up with EasyPick at another address (opening hours: 08-00, 09-23 on Sundays). About 5 min walk from the apartment.

The apartment is suitable for one to two people who want to be close to hiking terrain and ski slopes. Nice starting point for trips in nature. At the same time only 30 minutes from Oslo city center with museums and restaurants.
